6 Mi to National Mall: Modern DC Apartment!

The space had everything we needed. And when we had a slight problem with the Internet, the host was more than accommodating with addressing and fixing the problem immediately. We felt like he went above and beyond what was expected. Very impressed with his hosting. Lastly, I should add that the location has a reasonable distance from wherever we needed to travel. We stayed for an entire week with comfort inside and outside of the Airbnb.

The pressure of the shower is amazing, beds were comfortable and easy to get to the metro from the location, and there's a TV in all 3 rooms.

The payment goes through before you can see reviews or the owner is on site, and the rental part isn't an apartment, it's the basement only. You don't have control over the air or lights (for colors or dimming). you have to text the homeowner to do that. There was hair everywhere, and the ice machine had pink mold, so we had to clean it before we could use it. There were not enough dishes. There were 3 of us, but it holds 5 but only 4 of every dish. There is no freezer, only a drink mini fridge and a regular mini fridge The TV in the "common room" is so loud when the music is on but can hardly hear them talk which isn't a negative for either fridges or TVs just a fyi. Definitely understand why the price is way lower than other places. But if you're on a budget, it works out
