Amazing

It was beautiful presented, the fire and hot tub were amazing, there is nothing I would change at all it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again, the bed was so comfortable and the area it was in was so peaceful. We had an amazing stay, we were blown away with how beautiful the room was. The breakfast was also amazing and the staff were so welcoming and pleasant and would do anything for you, the breakfast was so tasty and extremely well presented. Perfect 10 out of 10 xx

Charming boutique hotel.

Vila Helen is a beautiful new boutique hotel in the lovely village of Voskopoje. The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated and has a lot of charm. The attached bar is also beautifully designed and decorated and lovely to sit and have a drink at. The breakfast included with the room was spectacular. We have done a lot of travelling in Albania and this was the best breakfast we have had! A huge variety of traditional dishes and pillowy soft petulla. We loved our stay at Vila Helen and were lucky to have fresh snow to play in.

Had an amazing stay at Vila Helen. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, they made us feel at home. The level of cleanliness exceeded all expectations, everything was impeccably clean. The breakfast was just perfect, a mix of delicious Albanian dishes and continental options, freshly prepared. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with the fantastic quality-price ratio. Would definitely recommend Vila Helen for a memorable stay!

Luxe stay near the village center; huge room but very cozy ambience; great spot to treat yourself

We were in Voskopoja on a chilly, rainy day, which was actually ... perfect weather for this room! In the past, I might have asked why anyone staying in Voskopoja, of all places, would want a jacuzzi in the room, but I now understand that this was a misguided mindset. This room is huge, and a splurge for the area, but the ambience is extremely cozy, with a fireplace, lots of rugs, lots of pillows, etc. Very near the center of the village, friendly staff, and the breakfast was first-rate too.

We had a great time at this place. The room was amazing and they had set the fire up before we got there so it was warm and cozy. The jacuzzi was great. Breakfast was also excellent. The staff was very nice and helpful.

warm, friendly, relaxing, very pleasant for families but also romantic for couples

The place was wonderful and the staff was not only polite but also friendly, the welcome kit was a nice surprise, very clean and the room was refreshed every day, the room I chose was with the fireplace and the bathtub inside the room and it created an amazing atmosphere

I hope that in the future, when I return, they will add the restaurant to their services

Lovely retreat in an ancient village with a fascinating history.

Through the miracle of Google translate, we had a series of lovely interactions with the staff. The breakfast was particularly noteworthy. Lovely grounds as well.

Beau batiment dans le coeur du village. Un petit déjeuner absolument fabuleux avec un très large choix de produits, tous de la meilleure qualité (produits et achetés aux alentours de l'hotel)

Ein ganz tolles Hotel mit klasse Personal

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt in der Vila! Wur wurden herzlichst empfangen und sogar aufgestockt, weil wir anfangs die einzigen Gäste waren. Das Personal war überaus freundlich! Das Frühstück das beste, was wir je hatten. Der Ort ist super süss und von dort wird Pogradec sehr gut erreicht. Wir waren begeistert und wären sehr gerne länger geblieben

We kregen een gratis upgrade Ook echt een prachtige kamer met openhaard Zitje buiten met terrasverwarming De jongen van het personeel was heel aardig en liep met ons mee het dorp in om alles te laten zien en aan te wijzen waar we moesten zijn
