Location is perfect, whole ground floor is living area with huge table. Rooms super comfy with amazing view! The host is super friendly and replies within seconds, the stuff is helpful.

Beautiful views and well decorated.

We wish we had more time to spend here but we were running late. The room was spacious and the view was AMAZING! We had to rush in the morning too so the lady doing breakfast packed some food for us to take with us. She was very sweet. The common space was beautiful and relaxing. Having a balcony with Mountain View is recommended. The pool isn’t ready yet though so keep that in mind.

Picturesque country stay

Beautiful just above Petran in the village with quick access to restaurant and the river. The grounds keeper gave us a large bag of figs and plums to send us on our way. Everything brand new and very clean!

Eine einfache Unterkunft in schöner Umgebung, die für unseren Geschmack etwas zu teuer ist.

Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, Ausblick vom Balkon in die Berge. Der Pool war erfrischend an warmen Tagen. Sehr nettes Personal.

Leider ist der Garten noch nicht fertig, es sieht etwas provisorisch aus. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet und im Badezimmer ist das Mobiliar schon abgenutzt. Das Frühstück ist wenig abwechslungsreich und sehr einfach gehalten. Das Personal war aber sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit.

Hidden Gem in der Nähe von Permet

Super liebevoll eingerichtetes und neues Guesthouse mit stylischem großen Sofa, Gemeinschaftskühlschrank und toller Pool mit Bergblick. Die Zimmer haben alle einen Balkon wo man morgens den Sonnenaufgang sehen kann. 10/10

Sehr schlechtes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Die Lage am Langarices- Canyon ist sehr gut. Mehr gibt es aber leider schon nicht mehr.

Als wir ankamen, war niemand vor Ort. Wir versuchten 45 Minuten auf 2 Telefonnummern, per WhatsApp und über booking jemanden zu erreichen, bis uns jemand zurück rief. Keine Entschuldigung, nichts für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Uns wurde gesagt, dass der Schlüssel zum Zimmer in der Tür stecke. So viel zu Check- in. Im Zimmer dann Kotreste in der Toilette, sämtliche Handtücher waren fleckig und jede Menge fremde Haare in den Ecken und in der Dusche und Sandreste in den Ecken. Regale waren staubig. Wir schrieben die Person, deren Namen wir nicht kannten an und wieder nur zur Antwort, dass jemand kommt und es bereinigen würde. Keinerlei Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Kurze Zeit später kam die wirklich bemühte Reinigungskraft und übersetzte uns mit Google, dass die Flecken auf den Handtüchern Rost wären. Ein ebenfalls beanstandetes, stinkiges, weil feucht zusammengelegtes Bettlaken als Decke wurde erklärt mit: hier sind zu viele Leute, das könne nicht richtig trocknen. Das war äußerst ernüchternd. Während unserer 3 Tage gab es keinerlei Reinigung. Da niemand greifbar war, konnten wir auch kein neues Toilettenpapier erfragen und mussten es selbst kaufen. Das Bad stank sofort nach Abwasser, wenn man das Fenster schloss. An der Decke waren jede Menge Spinnen in ihren Netzen. Das Internet war sehr schlecht auf dem Zimmer. Die Eingangstür zum Haus war immer offen man konnte so immer direkt bis zur Zimmertür, auch als Fremder. Zu guter letzt war der Pool nur gegen Gebühr nutzbar und die Matratze war subjektiv extrem weich. Alles in allem hätte eine Entschuldigung zu Beginn vielleicht die Wogen noch einigermaßen glätten können, aber auch sonst stimmt hier das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Am 3. Tag wurden wir vom Host angeschrieben, wie alles lief und ob wir etwas bräuchten. Das fanden wir zu dem Zeitpunkt viel zu spät. Eine Entschuldigung kam dennoch nicht.

Magnifique endroit

Merci pour ce superbe séjour. Nous avons adoré, il y’a tout à 10min mais vous pouvez très bien manger au restaurent en bas de la rue. Nous avons pu aller également au therme et se promener au bord de la rivière et admirer les paysages. Rien à redire. Petit déjeuner aussi excellent.

Tolle Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht, sehr schöner Poolbereich

In den Gemeinschaftsräumen im Erdgeschoss riecht es latent nach Aschenbecher und im Bad kommt ein unangenehmer Geruch aus der Toilette. Letzteres scheint aber in einigen Unterkünften in Albanien ein Problem zu sein. Die Zimmer könnten gründlich gereinigt werden. An einigen Stellen waren Haare zu sehen am Boden.

Magnifique et calme

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la Bujtina . Nous avons trouvé facilement avec Google Map et la communication avec la propriétaire Anila a été très agréable. Elle prend soin de ses hôtes. Nous avons été accueillis par Anna qui a été formidable lors de notre séjour. Les chambres et pièces à vivre sont très propres. La piscine est magnifique. Un coin barbecue est en construction. C'est un havre de paix dans la montagne ! Un grand Merci ! C'était super !

Ontspannen.

De locatie was prachtig tussen de bergen. Een goede plek om naar de bronnen te gaan en te raften. Fijn zwembad. Heerlijk rustig. En een ruime gezamenlijke woonkamer. Veel eten bij het ontbijt, voor ons te veel. Daarom tweede dag gevraagd om wat minder.

Het matras van een van de kamers was erg zacht waardoor we naar het midden rolde. Helaas geen fruit bij het ontbijt.

Une belle villa plantée dans un beau paysage.

Une vue magnifique depuis n’importe quel balcon et surtout depuis la piscine. Personnel super chouette et une propreté impeccable. On peut cuisiner comme chez soi.

Paiement en cash alors qu’il était annoncé en carte. Et heureusement que la propriétaire a accepté de ne pas faire payer les 5€ par personne et par jour pour la piscine : vérifiez votre réservation !

Ottimo soggiorno nel complesso

Vista splendida, bella piscina, bella casa con camere e bagni nuovi, buon rapporto qualità prezzo, posizione vicina alle terme e al fiume per tutte le attività, nonché a due buoni ristoranti, anfitrioni simpatici e accoglienti (parlano italiano)

Ci sono poche lampade in camera, leggere un libro a letto è un po' difficile. I cuscini comodissimi, ma i materassi no purtroppo.

Agréable!

Le balcon et la piscine sont très appréciés. Le personnel est fort sympathique. Un bel endroit où aller pour visiter les thermes. Il y a deux restos à quelques minutes de marche.

Toller Pool mit Aussicht, aber kostet extra

Der Pool ist das Highlight, ist seit kurzem fertig. Die Außenanlage ist noch in Arbeit. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer ohne Balkon mit einer angenehmen Größe. Das Frühstück war albanisch und kostet extra 5 Euro p.P. Die Vermieterin hat für uns eine Raftingtour gebucht - Das sollte man auf jeden Fall machen, wenn man hier übernachtet.

Das man fur alles extra zahlt - Pool 5 € pro Tag und pro Person (Kinder 3 Euro). Das sollte im Preis inbegriffen sein, genau wie das Frühstück.

Un havre de paix

Un endroit magique et superbe.. une vue à couper le souffle, loin de l'agitation des touristes La maison est très belle. La piscine est chauffée avec un coin jaccuzzi Un bon petit dej le matin avec des oeufs de la feta et des petits beignets fait maison Il y a 2 restaurants à l entree de la rue avec une vue incroyable sur la riviere La maison est à 6 km des sources chaudes et environ 8 du village de Permet où vous trouverez de nombreux resto et boutiques. Le rafting sur place est génial avec des guides sympas, n hesitez pas à demander à Anila de vous les booker.. Se trouve à 1h10 de Gjirokaster, à visiter.. mais très touristique Anila est très réactive aux messages

Havre de paix proche de Permet

Le logement est un petit havre de paix au milieu des montagnes. Il dispose d’un jardin très agréable et d’une très très jolie vue. La chambre est vraiment propre, agréable, et bien entretenue. Les parties communes le sont également. C’est une très jolie maison. Les hôtes sont vraiment gentils et disponibles et nous les remercions de nous avoir attendu tard (après 22h) pour le check in!

Prachtig uitzicht

Het prachtige uitzicht! De gastvrouw en haar dochter (personeel) waren ontzettend lief en behulpzaam.

Er zijn nog werken bezig aan deze accomodatie waardoor de tuin er een beetje slordig bijligt dit is weliswaar een klein detail. Wat jammer was dat er vooral kapotte paraplu's aan het zwembad waren maar voor de rest was alles dik in orde.

Wunderbares, familiäres Haus mit großartigen Gastgebern. Danke, wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschönes Haus,mit tollem Garten und großem Aufenthaltsraum. Fussläufig gibt es zwei Restaurants im Ort. Ana ist eine grossartige Gastgeberin. Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns das Morgenessen immer frisch und nach Wunsch zubereitet.

Gut zu wissen, der Pool ist noch im Bau, aber schon bald fertiggestellt. :)

Esperienza da ripetere...

L'aria pulita, cielo stellato, circondati dal verde, immersi nella natura. Vista stupenda. Dettagli accurati, staff gentile e disponibile. Tanto spazio per i bambini e attività all'aperto.

Wir kommen wieder!

Super schöne Lage, sehr nette und zuvorkommende Hosts (auch wenn sie kein Englisch sprechen wird Herzlichkeit deutlich!) und gute Ausstattung!

Etwas verwirrend ist die Angabe mit dem Frühstück - das ist nicht mit inbegriffen. Sondern in einem Lokal 100m weiter, für kleines Geld.

Mooie omgeving, maar meerprijs niet waard

De omgeving is prachtig

Het weggetje naar de woning toe was bijna onbegaanbaar. Verwarming op de kamer deed het niet. Geen bordje om aan te geven dat je bij de goede woning bent / waar je naar binnen moet. Uiteindelijk drie kwartier buiten staan wachten.

Come a casa ma meglio! Non abbiate dubbi, è un posto imperdibile!

Posto fantastico a pochi km dalle terme di Permet e a 200 metri da Alvi, uno migliori ristoranti mai provati in Albania. Camera bellissima, servizi perfetti, sala conviviale bellissima e grande con frigo per acquistare a prezzi ottimi bevande alcoliche e analcoliche e piccola esposizione di prodotti del posto come il famoso Glikò. Cucina attrezzata per self kitchening con frigo comune + lavatrice e asciugatrice. L'accoglienza della simpatica Mimoza è superlativa e ti fa sentire subito a casa. Che dire, bisogna tornarci perché è un posto che fa stare davvero bene!
