Location near bars, cafes, supermarket, public transport.
Quiet building, clean and safe.
Virtual key only, their internet can be hit and miss which causes a problem getting in your apartment. Security are very helpful and available 24/7 if you have any problems.

The unit was spacious and was reasonably clean. The unit is well located on the main bus route into the city. It was quiet and warm inside and fairly well equipped. It was suitable for our needs. Close to fast food outlets.
The mattresses were not up to standard. One of the mattresses were really dirty and mouldy at the bottom and the double bed mattresses a bit tired. We were ill advised by the property management about the parking arrangement in the neighborhood which led to us paying an exorbitant amount of money for parking on the street upfront just to find out that this was not necessary.

Absolutely fantastic accommondation for a few days trip in Prague. Location was good, taxis to center for 5-10€ and nice surroundings, right next to a beautiful hill with a great view over the city, and a tunnel under the hill takes you to the lovely Karlin area which is definitely worth visiting too! Great kitchen to cook meals also at home. Special mention for the very easy access system, no keys were needed just a website link to access the apartment!
Only thing missing was the cutting board.

Great communication with the staff
apartment didn't meet expectations. The location is overpriced for what it offers. I found dust on the bed and stains on the walls, also There was a bad smell in the room .The photos are quite misleading as the place looks much more well-maintained online than it is in reality.
