Location was great, clear instruction, room very clean, facilities including luggage storage and laundry facilities. Apartment was spacious and kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of diverse places to eat nearby, near the transport hub - metro, coach station, train station.

It would be beneficial to have some kind of soundproofing or observation of antisocial behaviour. Despite the rule of quiet hours to be from 9PM, guests partied throughout the night - got about 3 hours of sleep. This was a regular occurrence throughout the entire stay. If someone is a light sleeper and needs to get up early, this might be an issue.

Relatively clean and organized.

Using coin for laundry, if able to use credit card will be better, or at least having a coin exchange machine. Water pressure in shower could be stronger.

Very clean property, not only the room but the entire building, including the elevator and common areas, all very well maintained. We really liked the location — a quiet area with plenty of breakfast options and convenient transport connections to reach all parts of the city. The Military Museum and the Žižka Monument are also within walking distance. We also liked the check-in process, and especially appreciated the luggage storage area, accessible independently by code, which is very convenient if you arrive early. The room is also equipped with a kitchen and all necessary essentials.

Excellent residence in a quiet neighbourhood. Very good facilities and clear instructions to self-check in and self-settle.
