really caring and kind owner whom will make arrangements to support the guests as much as possible. was very accommodating towards 17yo/18yo who are usually seen as untrustworthy

Draussen ist es sehr schön (Olivenbäume, Blumen). Es gibt bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten. Nah an vielen Resraurants und trotzdem ruhige Lage.

Die Küche (Kochherd und Schränke) waren nicht sauber. Zwei von vier Betten waren sehr weich und teilweise durchgelegen. Der überdachte Bereich draussen lässt den Regen durch. Somit hat mann bei Regen keine möglichkeit sich draussen aufzuhalten. Auch die bequemen Polster der Lounge werden nass.

De service was echt fantastisch. Zwembad werd schoongemaakt en regelmatig gepoetst. Als er iets was werd er gelijk actie ondernomen. De tuin is prachtig en genoeg parkeerplekken op de locatie binnen de poort.

Het bed. Heel zacht matras, dat vinden wij vreselijk en rolde helemaal in een kuil.

The property was stunning, amazing garden & rooms inside very modern & clean, you would struggle to find a villa anywhere close to this one with the pool, privacy and looks for this amount of money anywhere else. Pool was bigger than it seemed in the photos - very ideal location with - 10 min or less walk to the beach and 15/20 min walk to the strip. The AC worked really well to keep us cool & the security of the gates made us feel comfortable & safe. We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were lovely & the cleaners did an amazing job too. We really really enjoyed our trip & would have come back again if the rules weren’t just that little bit too steep.

The showers didn’t have a holder so when showering they had to be hand held which was a little inconvenient & the temperature of the water was very temperamental. We also were charged almost half of our deposit (charged €120 out of €300 although would have been charged more if not thanks to the pool boy for lowering it for us) for a few reasons - some acceptable some a bit harsh. 1 reason was for a blanket being stained slightly yellow in places because of the sun spray oils. We take full responsibility for this as it was completely our fault as one of our guests “assumed it was a towel” - so that we didn’t have an issue with paying. Apparently, the white towels the villa provided for us, were covered in oil from sun spray which is fair enough, but we were not sure why they would supply towels if we weren’t able to use them as it was inevitable we would be using sun spray! But, once again we didn’t have an issue paying for this as if it was stained there wasn’t much we could do about it. The main issue we had was being told the sun beds were quite “destroyed” once again from the sun spray oils. I recall on the first day we arrived I made sure to lie on one of the supplied towels when using the sun beds, as the sun bed was too hot to lie straight on top of. I remember the sun bed being dirty and slight brown marks transferring onto the towel because of the dirt - I’d just like to state this wasn’t our fault as the sun bed was dirty prior to us arriving and these marks occurred on our first day. We didn’t spill anything into these sun beds for them to be “ruined” & when we left the villa they looked & felt the exact same as when we arrived.
