Stayed here for 6 days at the end of the season and it was lovely. Run by the family that built it 35 years ago, it was clean and well run and shows pride of ownership. We ended up in Laganas on a whim and did not know it was such a party town, which is not our jam but at the end of the season, it was great! Swam every day right out the front door. We did not have an ocean front room but it was fine for last minute. If I’m in Laganas again, we would 100% be staying here. Yiannis is a most excellent, warm and welcoming host.
Water not potable but I suspect it’s like that all over and not unique to this property-

The best accommodation you can have: free sunbeds in front of the villa and 5 steps away from the sea, silent airco in the rooms and confortable beds, nespresso machine in the room, small fridge and a stove, towels change and cleaning everyday. The staff is very friendly and helpfull, so you get everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

This family run hotel was hitting all the spots. Comfortable, clean and the friendliest welcome ever. Nothing was too much trouble for Katarina or her father in law.
Everything was perfect, clean and convenient for the beach
