Stunning property, incredibly conveniently located in short walking distance from a stunning beach, restaurants, shopping and a lovely olive grove. The villa used to be a taverna and has been transformed into a very spacious holiday home, equipped with powerful aircon, a little kitchenette and bathroom, huge sitting and dining room, and two large bedrooms, which are separated off by curtains and ideal for a family of four with young children. The pool outside is perfect for cooling off in the afternoon, and the sunrise is stunning from the terrace, complete with seaview and a rooster salute. A thousand little touches, like the antique furniture all over, sunbeds by the pool and a daybed reading nook, make the place feel warm and luxurious. The place is family owned and managed; the host is a lovely gentleman who built the place himself and poured immense love and care into every detail, and keeps everything, including garden and pool, in pristine shape. Off street parking is available in the spacious back yard, and a convenience store and little café/bar two doors down (which are conveniently open 8am-01am) are perfect for breakfast, stocking up on basic food, bathroom essentials, etc. Anywhere on the island can be reached within an hour by car, most places are less than half an hour away.
