It's smack in the middle of everything... very convenient, very charming little nook...
Nothing... just that 1.7km walk from the train station with my heavy backpack... but that's a small price for a wonderfully located apartment

Excellent location. Spacious. Friendly owner.
The space wasn’t welcoming. Very little coffee. Cleaning products everywhere. This is very subjective but it didn’t feel cozy to me

the location
no air conditioning and not enough fans to cool down the rooms. there weren’t any screens in windows so pigeons (lots of them nesting on the roof) and bats, bugs could fly in.
