La proximité des services, commerces et du centre-ville.

Le logement est dans un quartier assez calme ce qui est idéal pour les vacances. La situation géographique permet d'accéder facilement à Sarlat-le-Canéda ou bien les alentours à Dordogne ou au Lot. La cuisine est bien équipée aussi.
Le wifi ne fonctionne pas dans le salon là où on aimerait le plus avoir accès au wifi, alors il n'était pas idéal d'utiliser les ordis et les portables uniquement dans la cuisine ou dans la chambre. Les douches aussi laissent un peu à désirer quant à la pression de l'eau, et celle de la chambre laisse s'écouler beaucoup d'eau.
