Clean and comfortable apartment 20 minutes from city center

The apartment was clean and comfortable for two of us. It is near the bus station, and the metro is 10-15 minutes away. It takes 20min to city center. There is a close restaurant and fast food. The apartment is on the ground floor, which is good if you have heavy luggage.

The apartment was clean, except for the forks, spoons, and knives (somebody should be assured that everything is clean for guests). Sound isolation is not the best because you can hear all neighbours when they enter and leave the building - the flat is first door near entrance to the building. There is a baby one floor up, so if you have an easy dream, you can miss some good sleep. The pillows should be softer and more comfortable. It was not too cold outside, so it was OK in the apartment, but maybe the central heating could be a little better.

Ευρύχωρο πεντακαθαρο και καλή ατμόσφαιρα!

Το σπίτι είναι πεντακαθαρο, ζεστό και ευρύχωρο για 2 άτομα και για 3! Η οικοδεσπότης άμεσα διαθέσιμη και εξυπηρετική για να μας καθοδηγήσει σε κάθε απορία που είχαμε. Δεν λείπει τίποτε από το διαμέρισμα. Η φωτογραφίες δεν αναδεικνύουν τον χώρο όπως πραγματικά είναι, από κοντά είναι καλύτερος! Απολαύσαμε την διαμονή μας, ελπίζουμε να ξαναέρθουμε!!

Όσον αφορά τα στρώματα δεν ήταν πολύ άνετα αλλά όχι και κακά. Η ηχομόνωση του κτηρίου δεν είναι πολύ καλή αλλά εμάς προσωπικά δεν μας ήταν πρόβλημα.

Solo se non c'è di meglio...

L'appartamento si trova a 5-6min dalla metro. Vicino ci sono un pub, due bar e qualche altro ristorante.

Il parcheggio è gratuito si, ma bisogna avere la fortuna di trovarlo. Si tratta del parcheggio in strada dove ci sono altre centinaia di persone che cercano posteggio. L'alloggio doveva essere non fumatori ma purtroppo c'è una puzza perenne di fumo. Abbiamo lasciato le finestre aperte tutto il tempo ma non è andato via. Questo purtroppo non è colpa del host ma di qualche maleducato che ci ha fumato dentro. Per chi non fuma è molto fastidioso. Altra nota dolente, quando siamo arrivati, il bidet era sporco. La scarsa pulizia per me abbassa molto la valutazione dell'alloggio. Abbiamo dovuto pulire il bagno con i prodotti di pulizia che per fortuna c'erano in casa. Ho scattato foto prima di pulire tutto. Il materasso del letto è usurato dal tempo, ho dormito dentro una conca praticamente, svegliandomi la mattina con il mal di schiena.

Caro, viejo, ruidoso y nada céntrico

Amplio. Los arrendadores amables.

Caro para lo que recibí a cambio. Los muebles son muy viejos. Las sillas del comedor dan la sensación que se van a romper y tuve que usar una silla que estaba en la recámara. La estufa y la cafetera son viejas y no tienen dibujos de instrucción por lo que tuve que esperar al arrendador para que me explicara y para darme las llaves porque no funcionó el check in automático. No había jabón para la lavadora. Un vecino con un bebé que no dejó de llorar noches y mañanas. Vecinos que llegan noche y azotan puertas o arrastran muebles. Muy lejos del centro. Los arrendadores deben invertir y no solo tener ganancias.

casa ampia, pulitissima. smart TV inclusa. facile parcheggiare auto privata e zona ben servita seppur non in centro. un paio di locali interessanti nelle vicinanze dove passare serata

se non si dispone di un mezzo privato non è vicinissimo al centro.
