Fairly central location, we walked the first day and took the metro the other days. Apartment has modern stylish interior in an older building, no noise from neighbours, but the street starts early and Italians do not shy away from using the horn. Airco in the apartment (remote control), we did not need much mid September but in summer likely good to have. Small local supermarket across the street and plenty of places to eat out.
If you have mobility problems the bathroom is tight and there are a few steps to get to the elevator, which stops a few steps above the floor.

Alles war perfekt! Die Wohnung sehr schön und hochwertig, die Betten sehr bequem. Man fühlte sich dort sofort wohl. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super. Busse fahren nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung weg in alle Richtungen. Sichere Parkplätze gab es genügend vor dem Haus. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
