The location and facilities very good especially for teenagers . Ideal bolthole for exploring out of park
Cleanliness very poor. No info left in property about park/facitilies or any directions for using equipment. Microwave numbers illegible and broken.

Location on site was great apart from the staff lodging next to it - they were very loud - probably worse as all windows were open due to heatwave
The cushions need changing, the patio doors/windows were filthy, I had to wipe down the kitchen before use the ant invasion we had was not great - oh and the shower was broken only boiling hot which in a heatwave was not good had to get maintenance to repair - cleaning log not been used in a year!

The caravan had no WiFi all weekend, food trays were filthy, carpet filthy, sweet wrappers left on floor, cooker switches had no temperature readings, microwave was poor, shower door handle was falling off too! Won’t recommend Randall Lettings to anyone, they don’t have the decency to contact you back 😡😡
