About this house rental

My place is close to the Beach, QUEEN MARY, AQUARIUM OF THR PACIFIC, Colorado Lagoon, Restauration, 4th street RetroRow, Bluff Park, Belmont Shore, Claire's at the Museum, Rose Park Roasters, Ralphs, Cafe Piccolo, The Library Coffee House, The Attic. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the people, the light, the ambiance, SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH AND 20 minute drive to Disneyland. My place is perfect for couples, families, and business travelers.

At check in we we're greated by a house spider who has made its home in the chandelier. The place looks put together on first glance but there are some issues. Dirty dishes in the cabinets, dirty towels in the drawers. Missing pretty much any wall decor.. the spa was not usable due to the overgrown canopy of plants and spider webs in the canopy. The double seat on the back deck was broken and not usable. I found more spiders during the stay. No batteries in the remote for the TV, no way to plug in the Roku. When I'm unmade the bed in the master bedroom it looked like a murder scene had happened. The water in the master bathroom leaks them out of the handheld water receiver. Overall it just does not look like the pictures look so I would be very aware when you rent this place that is not exactly as advertised. Also there is only one fire alarm and that is in one of the bedrooms the rest are in a cabinet. This is definitely more like a three-star than a five-star.
