About this house rental

A truly walk to the beach kind of house. Our home location is wonderful. It's close to everything downtown long beach while it is only a few blocks from the beach, just short walk to the sand, restaurants. This wonderful renovated craftsman house came with 4 beds, two beautiful baths. It's only a few blocks from the beach. An outstanding place to visit SoCal, a walkable neighborhood, and a wonderful house, what is not to like?

The space
Welcome to our expansive Long Beach retreat! This welcoming space boasts four bedrooms and five beds. The spacious living room, equipped with a smart TV 65'', serves as a perfect gathering spot for family and friends to relax after a day of exploring Long Beach. The fully equipped kitchen and chef island dining area make mealtime a breeze for everyone.

BEDROOM ARRANGEMENT
Bedroom No#1: 2 full beds, a work desk
Bedroom No#2: Queen bed with a accent chair and beautiful coastal vibe
Bedroom No#3: Master bedroom King size bed with attached bathroom
Bedroom No#4: Queen bed with a smart TV 65'' ( please note that the closet is locked for linens )

Everything at the house is brand new. The house is newly remodeled.

PARKING:
Parking is hassle-free, with one reserved enclosed garage for your stay.

Our parking spot only accommodates standard-size vehicles. The largest is an SUV similar to the Highlander, Pilot, Explorer, etc.

PETS
Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.

LAUNDRY
Samsung washer and dryer

Just to be transparent, this is a two-unit/house on one property lot. This is the listing for the front unit/house. Both properties are completely separated by 50 feet and not connected in any way, but they share the same driveway.

Parking Information
The garage was built 40–50 years ago and is best suited for compact cars or smaller SUVs. Larger vehicles may have difficulty fitting, so street parking may be a better option.

It’s quite a nice place but needs a few improvements. Pay attention to the street cleaning signs to avoid towing/ damage on Wednesdays and Thursdays. There is 1 narrow garage space & no driveway parking. There are 2 rentals on the property. The back house guests have an upper balcony. In use even quiet conversation would be audible in the back bedrooom. Pros: clean,new appliances,new kitchen,gorgeous bathrooms and comfortable beds and good closet space. Cons: no outdoor area for relaxing/dining. There is no dining area other than the four stools at the island. Given the great kitchen; it is a shame that there is no area that is comfortable to share a meal. Even a folding table and chairs would have been appreciated.There were no instructions whatsoever in the unit for anything. We arrived at 4pm and a/c unit in the main room was not working. By the time the management company called back it was totally dark outside and they wanted us to go find the fuse box in the back of the house. After this glitch, they were responsive to our issues. There should be instructions for the fuse box, television streaming, trash procedure, street cleaning schedule, etc. The complete lack of hand towels/washcloths, and by inference, kitchen towels,pot holders, and tissues is explained away as “environmentally conscious”. It is annoying in a rental of this caliber. A sweep must be installed on the bottom of the front door as there was a wide gap, allowing insect incursions.
