Spacious Urban Oasis - Close to Everything & Walking Distance to the Beach

My SIL and I stayed for the week. The location was about half way between Malibu and San Diego. Very convenient . House looked exactly like the pics on Vrbo. We were gone during the days and we didn’t cook anything, but the kitchen/laundry/bedrooms had everything we needed. Trash goes in cans out the back door. Parking space was convenient. There is an apartment bldg next door, so if you sleep on that side of the house just keep your air conditioner fan running thru the night. The bathroom is fine, but the shower is small. If you’ve got any size on you it’s going to be a little tight. I would stay there again. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice old house with plenty of space. Walkable neighborhood with lots of things to do nearby. We really enjoyed the property The only complaint we would have is, (nothing againt the property or owner themselves) my family has loud voices and we received noise complaints from the neighbors almost immediately for just talking (which given was late) but for playing music loudly in the middle of Saturday afternoon, is a bit much.The owner communicated it to us and we appreciated them. Just a heads up to future renters, the neighbors want it QUIET!

My family and I stayed at this location for three nights, we chose it based on its proximity to the aquarium and various beaches. The place was clean and comfortable, very much home away from home. It was a good location for what we wanted and I would highly recommend it.
