    We stayed there and like the location. It always has parking and the room is big. Powerful heater. However, they only do a service every second day with request. The room is a bit dark. The biggest issue is that there is not clean sheet on top of the duvet, which i always have at other hotels. This morning when they arrive the room, the toilet was not flush properly so I was a bit socked.

    I booked the premium studio (with kitchenette) as I was attending a training course for a week held at the same venue. I was very pleasantly surprised on arrival, the accommodation was much better than I was expecting for what I had paid. I would also say that the exterior of the building does not do the rooms justice. The studio was modern, spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped for my week's stay. It was lovely bonus to have the balcony with a view and to get some fresh air after being in the training room all day. The staff were responsive to any enquiries and it is only a 10 minute walk to Parnell high street for restaurants and shops. There is also plenty of off road parking if you have a vehicle. The only thing to be aware of is that the rooms are not well sound proofed so you do hear people moving around in the unit above you. This did not bother me as I was there for work but if you were looking for a late lie in or are a very light sleeper, you may want to take this into consideration. Overall I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend the Premium Studio unit.

    I stayed here for my 5 days conference. Most of the staff was nice and helpful. There was one particular lady at the front desk, face to face she definitely wasn't nice and over the phone when I requested fir something, the staff said I'd need to go get it myself as there was no staff. When I went downstairs, there were staff. Overall, location ti Parnell on foot was good.
