One of the most busy moment in Venice during The Biennale. Lucky to have been there. Huge thank you to Valentina who was so nice and helpful. Everything is smooth in the communication ! The room is incredibly well situated, clean and confortable without noise. Thank you for the short stay !

Giuliano was an impeccable host—extremely helpful with all our questions, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Federica was also lovely and very helpful, showing us the way to the accommodation and explaining everything clearly.
The place is small and cozy, croissants, coffee have been a really nice touch and its location is fantastic: just a 2-minute walk from the Basilica and St. Mark’s Square, which is a huge bonus when navigating Venice’s narrow maze of streets 🙂

The check-in process with Federica was smooth. Regarding the room itself, it was spotless, well maintained, and well equipped. We even received some snacks. It’s clear the owners care about providing a high-quality service. The housekeeper Samantha did an excellent job during her visits on October 3 and October 8, and we also enjoyed our interactions with her before heading out.
The house rules framed on the wall state that cleaning is done from 10:00 to 13:00. However, someone came at 9:30 one time, and after 14:00 another time. The quality and standards of housekeeping varied depending on the housekeeper that came each day. Samantha's work was 10/10.
