    There is a hiccup during check-in as no email receive (either from Agoda or owner) for which apartment we are staying. The security is very good even-though he seems don’t want to help at first. He insists us on calling the owner which we don’t have. But we managed to check-in after 30-45 mins. It’s an old apartment with basic facilities. There are only 2 lifts. Should change the furniture to more modern styling and pay attention to dust especially behind the sofa. Doors required maintenance. Otherwise the place is a nice place to stay to those who don’t mind the looks of the apartment

    I get a pretty old unit, the facilities including room & bathroom conditions, air-conditioning, washing machine, kitchenware ... all are aging. No water dispenser available. The staff is very friendly & provide the best service to the max for our stay. Strategy location with the underpass to Pavilion, allowed us easily cross to Pavilion without getting wet during rainy day. Parking is available but self pay by hourly charge. Need to make payment up front through Parking Machine prior out from the facilities. Payment via TnGo ewallet not available during the exit.

    Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The toilet facilities could be upgraded, and it would be helpful to provide better-quality towels. The kitchen could also be equipped with more complete utensils and essentials for guests’ convenience. For the pillows, it would be better to provide at least two pillows per person, as some guests may prefer extra support while sleeping. The check-in instructions should also be provided earlier, preferably before the arrival date, similar to other homestays. This would give guests enough time to understand the check-in process and avoid unnecessary panic or confusion upon arrival. With these improvements, the overall guest experience would be much better.
