Buona la posizione (vicino all' Istituto Gaslini e alla spiaggia Vernazzola. Spiaggia di Boccadasse raggiungibile a piedi). Farmacia, panificio e supermercati nei pressi. La posizione è ottima anche perché lontano dal traffico in un palazzo ben curato e tranquillo. La casa è accogliente, fornita di tutto ciò che occorre. Il parcheggio, situato accanto all' ingresso dell' appartamento, è un'enorme comodità.

Casa arredata con gusto e funzionalità. Ottimo avere lavatrice e asciugatrice a disposizione oltre che una mega doccia con annesso bagno turco. Avere inoltre un parcheggio privato in parco e’sicuramente un valore aggiunto
la casa è sprovvista di tende, questo rende necessario mantenere le veneziane chiuse se si vuol avere un po’ di privacy e questo non mi sembra corretto, anche perché la casa a livello strada con altri palazzi intorno.
inoltre per il prezzo richiesto credo sarebbe cortese far trovare un minimo per la prima colazione( almeno per la prima mattina) come spesso si trova in altre strutture che hanno un budget inferiore.

Apartament is very bright, spacious, very well equipped and clean. Kitchen had all necessary equipment. Beds were comfortable. Initially we had impression that air condition doesn’t work, but then realized that it doesn’t blow hurricane speed of ice cold air, but rather cools down the space - which at the end, gives nicer experience compared to other AC units. Large bathroom has a spacious shower with sauna feature (or vice versa)…
…sauna is an object where humid and high temperature operates, if that is combined with lack or poor ventilation it creates a perfect environment for mold - and that unfortunately could be sensed.

Prachtig appartement voorzien van alle comfort. Genua-centrum is te voet te bereiken, anders vlakbij een aantal bussen tot station Brignole.
