Large apartment a few steps from the sea in the beautiful seaside village of Vernazzola, between the two residential districts of Genoa Albaro and Sturla. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building in a private street. Three steps lead to a small balcony from which guests can enter the apartment, which opens onto a modern kitchen with peninsula and stools fitted with many appliances, including an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and an espresso coffee machine. Past the kitchen, on the left, guests will find a living room furnished with a sofa, a dining table, a TV and a desk. On the right, they will find the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms, one featuring a queen-size bed, a large closet and desk, the other with a double sofa bed and a closet. The layout is completed by two bathrooms, one boasting a shower with steam bath, the other with a washing machine and a dryer. Amenities such as free wi-fi, a TV in the kitchen, an iron, air conditioning and heating will be at guests' disposal.*Guests will benefit from a parking slot on the private street of the property, just next to the entrance of the apartment.Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 25€ per stay, per item.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
