Great place to stay, clean and reliable, great location by the sea, close to city centre

The lift of the building is located right next to the apartment so there is some noise. Bring ear plugs for more comfort :).

Very good location, comfortable apartment, great amenities and nice host

We spent 3 weeks at the property and arrived there after a 2,000 km trip by personal car. The apartment is very well located, near the beach, supermarkets and transport (bus and walking distance from the Genova Sturla train station). We especially liked the fact that the property comes fully furnished, has all the amenities for any need (including electric oven), and the parking space in a private courtyard, adjacent to the building, was a great plus. Also, the apartment is pet friendly, so we could bring along our medium sized dog. During our stay we've interacted with both the owner and his daughter, and they were very polite and helpful in every way.

Avec un meilleur petit équipement tout sera parfait.

L' emplacement. Près du bord de mer. La gare de Sturla à 10mn à pieds. Des arrêts de bus, des magasins, des distributeurs de billets, tout à deux pas. Un stationnement tout près. Appartement vaste et propre conforme au descriptif.

Il manque quelques équipements de cuisine. Épluche légumes, couteau de cuisine, couteau à pain, grand couteau, plat à four, plat pour micro ondes. Se

Locația a fost curată, bine organizată, amenajată cu bun gust. Mobilierul și electrocasnicele de bună calitate, totul bine gândit pentru un confort bun.

Très bel endroit pour profiter des plages si pittoresques de Boccadasse, Vernazzola et Sturla.

La localisation très proches de plages pittoresques et de commerces de bouche, un lit très confortable, une cuisine bien équipée, une très jolie décoration "marine", le parking privé et la climatisation.

Une disposition des surfaces qui ne permet pas d'avoir un canapé ou des fauteuils pour se relaxer.

Appartamento funzionale in zona strategica

L’appartamento è in una zona a mio giudizio molto strategica per chi vuole visitare la città. Il centro storico è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici e spostandosi a piedi si ha comunque l’opportunità di godere di belle passeggiate vista mare e di raggiungere facilmente le spiaggette di Boccadasse e Vernazzola. Il quartiere è ben servito. L’appartamento è recentemente ristrutturato e molto funzionale, abbiamo trovato tutte le comodità a noi necessarie per il nostro soggiorno. Una menzione speciale alla disponibilità dei proprietari che hanno saputo accogliere le nostre esigenze con grande gentilezza. Lo consiglio certamente.

Accoglienza eccellente, host gentilissimo e molto disponibile, attento all’esigenze dell’ospite. La casa è nuova e curata nel minimo dettaglio. Posizione eccellente, vicino al Gaslini ma anche ai posti più belli della città.
