Stayed there during our umrah . Location is nearby which is good not so close but still nearby .
Room service is zero . Size of the room is very small you can only sit in your bed and the small area if you have luggage that will cover .
if you have kids will never recommend this hotel .

You have to walk less then 10 minutes from the hotel to masjid al haraam. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The one person room was perfect if you're looking for a place to sleeping, cleaning yourself and having easy access to masjid al haraam
Only downside is something the hotel can't actually do anything about. But on the street to the masjid, a lot of people smoke for some reason. And there are a lot of people selling products in the middle of the street blocking the pathway and making the street feel unnecessarily crowded

False advertisement as far as the rooms' layout, when I booked the room, I selected a king size bedroom, at time of arrival I was offered a 2 less than single beds in a 7'x 5' size room, cracking noise AC, just 2 towels and broken shower, the disposable shampoo tubes were used before"halfway full". No WIFI sign in the bedroom to help in connecting wifi. Busy tone when dial 0 to reach the front desk employee, and when I confronted him he said " we receive too many calls, it's too annoying and for the WiFI look at bulletin board at the front desk area and you can copy paste on your phone.
When I approached the front desk employee about the actual room I booked, he said "we can join the two beds and you will have a King Size Bed" no kidding!!!, if he did that, then we can't walk around in this cell. I asked about the KING SZ Room, as the one shown on their homepage, he said "We don't have a king size beds"! "False Advertisement"I said. He acted that he doesn't understand what am saying. I asked for a refund, he said " check with Agoda, and see if they refund you".
