I stayed here for one night.
Pros:
1. Walkable distance to Haram
2. My room was clean with all required facilities. No complain in this area. Housekeeping checked regularly.
3. There are spacious 4 lifts( neat and maintained)
Overall I felt it was recently renovated so looked good overall.
Cons:
1. My flight was delayed by few hours so tried contacting them to let them know I’d be late to check in. They never picked up the phone.
Although when I reached the reception later, they were helpful. But communication over call needs to be improved.
Overall, for a solo traveller or couple it’s worth the money you pay. Don’t expect lavish rooms and facilities as it is not a 5 star ofcourse.

That’s my big mistake of my life to choose that hole . It’s a nightmare. Bad customer service. Dirtiest room I ever seen in my life with attached bathroom with bad adore

Rooms are average, Amenities are ok, Internet is super super slow, location is ok.
Recommend for sole travelers but not for the families.
