My overall experience at Rawah Al Maqam Hotel was absolutely fabulous. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
The reception staff was excellent and extremely professional. As we were traveling with our daughter, they thoughtfully provided us with a King bed, which was very comfortable.
All services were incredibly fast - just one call to reception and everything was taken care of immediately. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and beautifully managed.
Location is perfect, very near to Haram. They also provide golf cart facility to Haram and we never had to wait for more than 2 minutes, which is truly exceptional.
A special mention to *Mr. Yazan* - he is an incredibly helpful, kind, and professional gentleman. A great human being with a wonderful gesture. He deserves more than 5 stars as well.
It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Makkah. Highly recommended for families visiting for Umrah/Hajj. We will definitely stay here again.

There is a transport but half way to haram, only 5 minutes walk
Going to Alharam no problem as it is down the hill but on way back you need to put a bit of effort but there is no problem as they pick you by gulf minicar. I would come again if I am going to do another umrah

My wife and I arrived at Rawhat Al Maqam Hotel while we were still in Ihram, and our experience started on a very positive note. The gentleman at the lobby welcomed us warmly and was extremely kind and helpful. As a thoughtful gesture, the hotel arranged our room very quickly, which we truly appreciated after the journey.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely organized. In terms of location, the hotel is very convenient for visiting Masjid al-Haram. They also provide a buggy service that takes guests closer to the mosque, which is very useful. However, immediately after prayer times, the buggy service can become quite crowded, so it is better to keep that in mind when planning your return.
Breakfast was also very good, with a satisfying selection and overall good quality. What impressed us most was the attitude of the staff. The support team was consistently kind, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. On our departure day, they even assisted me in arranging a taxi, which made things much easier.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend Rawhat Al Maqam Hotel, especially for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel with genuinely helpful staff.

Breakfast I believe needs massive improvement as too limited menu with no interest from staff at the restaurant to top up and cater, also Room lighting to be correctly placed no value for money
