    We booked through Agoda and that's where I think the problem started, the room was advertised as having a big discount but the catch is that they have 2 buildings, one is tower A and the other one is tower B. Tower A has good rooms, clean lobbies, easy access to amenities and clean rooms without pests. Tower B is the opposite, bad smelling lobbies, damp smelling and pests infected rooms, smaller rooms than advertised, I remember the room was advertised as bigger than 300 ft2 but it was way smaller with view of a nearby building and it was dark due to this. One room has so much cockroaches and bad smell that after complaints they had to give us another room which didn't have cockroaches visibly but the cleanliness of the items was really bad. Would recommend visiting first and then booking the room. And if you have already booked please insist on tower A. Everyone in tower B that I talked to had booked through Agoda.

    rooms sanitation is questionable, elevator is disaster and team are not responsive, I was not able to leave room for breakfast due to elevator out of service and missed the breakfast, kept asking reception and cs for an alternative solution but they neglected me, when arriving and leaving no one helped me with luggage, terrible experience

    Near the Name tag JEDDAH WALKWAYS. i live in the same city, my apartment is very far from this beautiful sites. the hotels needs improvement. I spend in this area every year for national day celebrations,i booked almost a month ago my request was never been granted, i ask for high floor and outside view they gave me innermost room i feel suffocated. Hindi or Egyptian receptionist says not available. just because i’m saudi they treated me like this. Mr. Rakan saudi receptionist didn’t even check on my request. work attitude of staffs needs to be polished. bring your own water not even a single grocery near. hotels provides 2 small bottles and no more. the basement on 2nd building were i stay is full of garbage dirty and smelly. they didn’t even fix and clean. no safety exits in second building incase of fire or missile its not safe. second building is in innermost area you have to pass the building A. no other door. worse safety issues. dont be fooled by pictures in this application its not true of jacuzzi and etch. it could have been improved. the owner just spending money for those idiots for nothing. expensive but worth the location with worse service for non-saudis or spanish or other high income countries. for an expats don’t attempt to book this hotel. nearby is better than this hotel. dark park and serratti is the best.
