    Likes: 1. Separate bath and shower area thru a glass door. No more dodgy shower curtain as in other chain hotels. 2. Nespresso and good proper green tea bags (八女 tea) provided 3. Bed is good size (150cm king) even in the smallest double room unlike some other chain hotel 4. Desk for working 5. AC is fast and quiet (stayed during 37degree Celcius summer). Dislikes: 1. Curtain not fully black out so need eye masks for light sleepers 2. Dark carpet 3. Usual limited wardrobe space as per most of Japanese chain hotels in this tier, so good for short stay only.

    We booked a "family room" with 3 single beds. The room is too small and we really struggled to put 3 luggages in. Finally we could only open one luggage on the floor, put one on the desk, and keep the 3rd one closed near the door (and only open it while we take things out). I think this room size is the standard room for 2 adults, so it's ok if 2 adults are sharing the room. But if you have 3 people (2 adults plus a kid), it may not be a good choice. The bathroom size is very good though. I want to praise particularly the shower area, where the glass door can close tightly (note: most other hotel shower doors can't close well and always leaking water out). Water pressure is good and overall the bathroom is clean. Though the location is not exactly in Tenjin main shopping area (a 10-12 minutes walk), it's located right next to Akasaka station which is just 1 stop from Tenjin station. Overall, the price is reasonable considering its location, and it's a good value for money for 2 people. But if you are looking for a family room to fit in 3 people, I would pay extra to book some other hotels in Tenjin area that has a slightly larger size.
