    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Shizuoka. The location is excellent – set in a nice area and within a 5–10 minute walk to most places, including the station. The apartment was big, clean, and perfect for our family. Our kids absolutely loved the putting area, and they were thrilled with both the projector and the TV, which had YouTube and Netflix available. Check-in was convenient, just a short walk from the station/subway. But what really stood out was the staff – they were extremely nice and even set up a WhatsApp group for us to reach out if we had any issues. That personal touch made a big difference. Highly recommended for families looking for space, comfort, and great service.

    Beyond our expectations for our visit to Shizuoka. Largest hotel room I have ever stayed in Japan. Would highly recommend!

    The hotel reception is linked to the underground walking pathway from the train station but we didn't know about it at first as we tried to find the exact building location before heading down to the basement floor where the reception was located. Do note that elementary school children would have to pay JPY16000 which we did on the spot. The hotel was responsive to queries before we arrived. However, as we intended for our stay to be a stopover, we'd likely not stay again as it would be overall quite pricey despite the convenient location and comfort.
