Such a beautiful place run by a kind and lovely family. Tucked away a couple of minutes from Patan Durbar square, it feels like going back in time when you enter the building. The rooms are gorgeous with attention to small details that make your stay extra special. The breakfast is also delicious and hearty and the lovely hosts will help you with absolutely anything you need. We booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 5, a wonderful place to stay.

The room is very Newari-style oriented, definitely central and very well organised. There is the sleeping area, and separate you will find a studio and a nice table. I really appreciated breakfast and nice conversations with my super host. I will definitely come back! Thank you.

This is a lovely, welcoming family-run guest home. The owner was so helpful, and food was delicious. Breakfast is large. I has a suite, large with big bed, desk, sofa, bathroom cupboards & racks for hanging clothes. Price was reasonable for such a nice room The family made me feel at home.

The location is on a narrow street, so a little hard to find at first.

Everything! The property has loads of character with brick walls and dark wooden detailing. Our room was oversized and very clean. We also loved how comfortable the bed was. The owner Pradeep made us feel very welcome, even going out of his way to cook breakfast for us for an early departure and arrange a car to the bus station. We really appreciated his warmth and kindness!
