- the location, even though a bit far from the seaside, is accessible by car and at walking distance of the main attractions and restaurants - we appreciated that the area was quiet, without all the noise and music from the central area of the city - the communication was good and we received clear instructions on how to do the self-check-in - we read in some reviews that the access is difficult because the apartment is situated a bit upside to the center, but we haven't experienced it like this; it can be walked quite ok, by car or by foot - we stayed 8 days, and they changed the towels and sheets one time - the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast or takeaways for our trips - a lot of free parking spots in front of the apartment

- we were required a pre-deposit (that was returned after the checkout) - the bed wasn't comfortable and it kept squicking at every single move during the night - we are used to having a special sheet for the blanket, but here it was a simple bed sheet (or it wasn't at all, depending on what exactly was the purpose of that single bed sheet) - we didn't have any consumables in the bathroom, like soap or shampoo (which was unexpected, especially given the price we paid for the holiday there) - we lacked a mirror in the apartment (the single mirror was in the bathroom) to be able to see ourselves in full (not just the upper body)

Plenty of parking. Pool was small but nice and warm. A nice park just outside.

No sun in the balcony until late afternoon. No sunbed. The air was cold and wet in the morning. Every morning there was moisture all over the balcony. Pretty far from beaches and big shops.
