The accommodation was spotless on arrival and everything was perfect. Bed in the bedroom is so comfortable and the sofa bed was lovely aswell. The balcony has the most amazing view you could ask for with a lovely large balcony. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer host as well Veronika is so lovely to deal with and is always ready to answer any questions .

Pobyt w apartamencie był naprawdę wspaniały! Wnętrze jest piękne, nowoczesne i perfekcyjnie wyposażone – niczego nam nie brakowało, wszystko było dopracowane w najmniejszych szczegółach. Bardzo komfortowe miejsce, w którym od razu można poczuć się jak w domu. Jedyna rzecz, o której warto wspomnieć w opisie, to fakt, że do apartamentu prowadzi 6 schodów tuż przy wejściu do.samego apartamentu. W budynku znajduje się co prawda winda, ale te schody byłyby dla mnie nie do pokonania gdyby nie mąż. To jest bardzo istotna informacja dla osób na wózku inwalidzkim. Poza tym absolutnie wszystko było idealne.

Schody do apartamentu to jedyny minus bo nie jest to w pełni dostosowany lokal do osób niepełnosprawnych. Podobnie problemem okazywalo się wjechanie wózkiem na taras. Bardzo wąskie drzwi balkonowe.

Das Appartement ist optisch modern eingerichtet und von daher sehr ansprechend. Die Küche ist ebenfalls neu und modern mit Geschirrspüler und Kühl- u. Gefrierkombination ausgestattet. Es ist ordentliches Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden, sowie Töpfe etc. Es ist alles vorhanden was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Eine ordentliche Waschmaschine gibt es ebenfalls. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf La Gomera ist super schön und den ganzen Tag einen Ausblick wert. Der Balkon ist super und einladend ausgestattet. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt und hat eine optimale Größe für eine Erfrischung. Wir hatten keine Probleme einen Parkplatz in direkter Lage zur Anlage zu finden. Wir waren positiv überrascht, wie ruhig es in der Gegend ist. Wir hatten mehr Umgebungslärm erwartet. Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin Veronika war sehr freundlich, lief reibungslos und wir waren immer super informiert.

Eine normale Filterkaffeemaschine wäre noch eine Ergänzung. Eine Kapselmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Anlage an sich ist sauber und die Wohnung wurde renoviert. Allerdings ist die Bausubstanz der Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Treppenhaus sind viele kaputte Fliesen und Stufen. Hier muss man schon ein bisschen die Augen aufhalten wo man hin tritt. Man kann alternativ auch den Fahrstuhl nutzen.

The best location in Tenerife! The balcon view is unforgettable. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. We were accommodated 2 adults and 2 children (14 years and 6 years), the apartment is very spacious, clean and practically new. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the apartment complex also has a fairly large pool, where the children had fun, parking spaces nearby, not far away there is a market, a pizzeria where you can have dinner, we really enjoyed staying at this apartment, we will definitely come back
