Dominika at Welcome Tenerife was excellent and resolved any problems with professionalism and utmost efficiency. She was very friendly and polite at all times and always available no matter what time of day!
Unfortunately the building site next door caused noise and dust and there was no dustpan or mop to sweep it up. No net to clean the pool - this would have been a good addition. Could have done with more crockery and cutlery but otherwise fine.

Beautiful villa with amazing views of the sea and sunset. There is so much room in this villa, all the bedrooms are good size with plenty of wardrobe space and having the balcony off the 2 upstairs bedrooms was great. The room downstairs was great entertainment with the table tennis and dartboard leading out to the pool and sunbeds. Place was lovely and clean. Big parking space available for a car.
The two shower heads in the upstairs bedrooms would not stay upright so we all ended up using the same one in the main bathroom. The oven takes forever to cook.anything so give yourself an hour if you want to use it. The property is very high up which gives amazing views but tiring on the legs, we ended up driving most of the time and parking outside Toby pub.

Spacious villa, great comfy beds and gorgeous pool area. Also fabulous views.
Nothing major but one of the bathrooms was a tad smelly from drains and needed to get used to opening front door.

Όλα ήταν τέλεια και η οικοδέσποινα πολύ γλυκιά, με βοήθησε με κρατήσεις και μου χάρισε και ένα μπουκάλι καβα για τα γενέθλιά μου. Η θεα τελεια και αν ξαναπαω Τενερίφη θα προσπαθήσω να μείνω πάλι εκεί!
