Logement très bien équipé et propre, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour confortable et se sentir chez soi. L’arrivée en autonomie est très simple et pratique, ce qui la rend particulièrement facile. La terrasse est un vrai plus, avec une très belle vue et sans vis à vis. La résidence est également calme. L’emplacement est bien pour visiter toute l’île, avec un accès proche à l’autoroute. La résidence est à proximité des commerces et lieux de vie sans être dans l’agitation du bord de mer. Un bon restaurant cubain est situé à l’entrée de la résidence. L’hôte est vraiment sympathique et prévenant.

The thing we loved the most was the view. During the day you can see the ocean, and in the evening the lights look beautiful. The terrace is quite spacious and has a comfortable sofa with cushions and a table, which makes it a perfect place to relax. The apartment is very well equipped. There is air conditioning, a washing machine, and two TVs — one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The kitchen area is very convenient and has everything you need for cooking. There is also a small table with a mirror and good lighting, which is perfect for doing makeup. Another big advantage was how quiet it was. There were no loud neighbours or noise, so sleeping was very comfortable, and the bed was great. This was my fourth time visiting Tenerife, and this apartment was probably the most comfortable place I have stayed so far. The location is also very convenient. There are cafés nearby, a small shop, and a supermarket. Several good restaurants and a spa complex are also within walking distance. And the host was very kind and pleasant. We would definitely be very happy to stay in this apartment again.

One small downside is that the walk to the ocean takes about 20–25 minutes, as the apartment is located higher up the hill. However, it’s easy to catch a local taxi and the ride is quite inexpensive, so for us it wasn’t really a problem.
