281 Hotel

This hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and great shower pressure. The breakfast was good, and we loved that they asked for our order upon arrival and served it at exactly our requested time so we didn’t have to wait at all in the morning! There was drinking water available and the kitchen was well-stocked. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. The smart TV in the room was large and worked well. It was amazing value for the money. They even accept card payments. Definitely stay here when in Bishkek!

Everything was surface level clean, the only improvement would be a deeper clean/maintenance but for the price how can you complain?

They have laundry service with fair price. Staff was helpful

Good hotel located not far from the city center. The room was clean, and the bed linen was fresh and spotless. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Wi-Fi signal was weak, the water pressure in the shower could be better, and it took quite a long time for the hot water to become available. Wi-Fi сигнал әлсіз, душтағы су қысымының төмендігін және ыстық суды ұзақ күтуге тура келгенін атап өтуге болады.

The staff were exceptional, helped me when I needed to change my reservation. I am extremely grateful to them, they were great!!

There was a smell when I entered the room, the bathrooms were molding, and there were a lot of stains on the walls and floor. I don’t think the room was dirty, but the stains, smell, and mold made it feel not clean, I am sorry to say. And the price was not so cheap that it felt okay that it was that run down.
