Perfect apartment in central Mondovi. Our second stay!

This is the second time we've stayed at this accommodation because we loved it so much the first time. Very tidy apartment with everything you need. Location is central and the supermarket is only 1min walk away.

The accommodation was perfect. Only downside was that the foccaciaria downstairs was closed for holidays this week so missed out on the best foccacia in town!

Casa Luisini is comfortable and in a perfect location.

The host communicated well and responded quickly. And she left snacks, coffee, tea, and wine for us. The shower was hot, the washer worked well, the heaters warmed the rooms quickly, there were plenty of blankets. And it’s in a very clean, quiet, nice neighborhood within a short walk to cafes, restaurants, and shopping.

There was no wifi, but we understand that’s fairly common. And we could hear the neighbors one night but they weren’t too loud.

Appartamento curato, spazioso, ben accessoriato e molto pulito. Situato nel centro storico con parcheggio comodo alla struttura a pochi minuti. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Molto comodo il self check-in. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo.

Sostituirei gli infissi/persiane ed i materassi per migliorare il riposo.

L'appartement est vraiment très agréable et bien situé, dans une rue calme en bas de Mondovi. Les lits sont très confortables. Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit sur place, mais nous reviendrons sûrement, et peut être plusieurs jours.

L'appartamento è ben organizzato. Camere comode ed ampie. Soggiorno con posto cottura accogliente e ben arredato. Bagno grande, pulito con tutti gli accessori. Ottima doccia ed il rivestimento.

Molto carino

Appartamento in pieno centro, comodissimo al parcheggio gratuito che si trova a pochi passi, pulito e profumato, ordinato, spazioso,la doccia con i sassolini è super carina. Monica è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile, siamo arrivati in un giorno di festa ma è venuta subito ad aprirci. Ti fornisce tutto il necessario bagno,cucina e per prepararti la colazione.

Si trova in un palazzo un po' datato (ma appena entri nell'appartamento l'atmosfera cambia subito ed è molto carino) ed essendo in centro si sentono un po' di rumori

Il soggiorno è stato fantastico, qualche piccola raccomandazione ma nel complesso eccellente.

l'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort. Colazione, biancheria, pulizia, posizione tutto ottimo. le dotazioni di apparecchiature elettriche in cucina era abbastanza completa, anche se manca una lavastoviglie per un lungo soggiorno potrebbe essere determinante. Le dotazioni delle camere quali armadi e comodini sono abbondanti.

Qualche accessorio in più in cucina ad esempio un bollitore o un montalatte non avrebbe guastato. Non ci sono attaccapanni all'ingresso per soprabiti ma potrebbe essere una scelta. Nella cameretta mancavano delle lampade sopra i comodini. La caldaia in camera che attacca e stacca durante la notte potrebbe essere fastidiosa
