About this house rental
Materin is a 3-story house with 7 beds (4 bedrooms and two bathrooms), featuring a large garden and a private wooded area that surround the house.
The house is perfect for a family vacation or a group of friends. A cozy common room on the first floor, with barrel vaults, will be your gathering spot, around the lit stove, with everything you need for cooking.
The outdoor area can be enjoyed both day and night, thanks to the fantastic fire pit overlooking the valley.
We organize beekeeping, yoga, and Ayurvedic treatments upon request, right here on the property.
IN SUMMARY:
Imagine an oasis of peace—a house nestled in a private forest amidst the lush nature of the Ellero Valley, yet just a short walk from the quiet town of Roccaforte.
Imagine a rustic home all to yourselves, with a porch overlooking Mondovì and the Langa region, converted from the family’s old barn.
Imagine a garden where you can stargaze and soak up the sun, a forest where you can go for walks or bike rides, hunt for mushrooms, and admire the fallow deer at dawn and the fireflies at night.
