When I arrived to pick up the key, all workers were on the phone and even took calls after they started speaking with me. Would have been nice to have been given some sort of priority because I was there in person. Also, I couldn't pay my remaining 305euros balance with a card. They only accepted cash, which was a slight inconvenience because I had to go to an ATM where I received an additional charge for a generic ATM. The cash payment was not communicated in advance :( but overall, an incredible spot!

An horrible experience

Really a bad place with an awful management and staff. You have to pay towels, showers and rooms stink beyond any human imagination. Moreover, without any explanation, the staff forced me to leave in a bunch of minutes one day before the end of my reserved stay and this is the reason why I had to call the police to whom the management told that - according to their policy- they are not due to give any reason or explanation to kick out any guest. Just a place to forget even for young guys.

Not at all as described, not enough warm water, no ski in/ski out, cash payment...

Two bedrooms (but a very thin wall between them)

It could have been so good, but it wasn't. This is definitely NOT ski-in/ski-out. Close to the slopes, yes (as all other apartments) but NOT ski-in/ski-out. We booked it especially because we wanted that and when we questioned we were offered to cancel. By then we were already in the car... For payment, I get a mail from Booking saying that THIS apartment will accept credit card. Later I get another mail from the agency saying that SOME apartments need to be paid by cash. Upon arrival we are told that they only accept cash. Again, not possible for us because the cards gives us additional travel insurance and retrieving cash abroad is limited. Not ok at all. Again, was offered to cancel but there was nothing else available anywhere so it wasn't a solution. The apartment could have been very nice, but there's a washing machine in the middle of the bathroom door, not enough utensils, glasses etc. The electricity is not enough so you can't cook on two plates at the same time. The solution is to turn off the boiler, BUT... The boiler is WAY TOO SMALL. There is no way four persons can take a shower (not even a quick one, even less washing the hair) after a day on the slopes - the hot water runs out super fast. AND, to make it worse, it's the same water that runs in the raditiators, so you come home, can't shower and can't have heating. And yeah, you can't cook because then the water will not heat up. Not ok at all, it was a mess every night and ruined what could have been a nice experience.

we loved stay. it was a beautiful appartamento, well located with excellent views .

Posizione, comodità di accesso e box auto compreso. alloggio caldo e molto pulito. Letti a castello con complesso comodi, ma 4 persone troppe per quel tipo di stanza.

Non ci è stato assegnato l'appartamento prenotato per un problema, ma l'agenzia ci ha assegnato un altro appartamento più vicino alle piste, sinceramente sono rimasto molto soddisfatto sia della disponibilità dell'agenzia che della sistemazione

Da evitare , esperienza surreale ....

L'agenzia che affitta l'appartamento è quanto di peggio si possa immaginare , sebbene fossero in torto in quanto in ritardo sul check in , il loro comportamento è stato gratuitamente aggressivo e volutamente non collaborativo . Dopo estenuanti trattative , sono riuscito a farmi dare le chiavi dell'appartamento GIA' INTERAMENTE PAGATO , e sebbene in ritardo siamo risucitii a raggiungere l'alloggio . Arrivare all'alloggio è una vera impresa , occorre prendere numerosi ascensori ,attraversando porte taglia fuoco buie , fredde e umide . Il garage è talmente stretto che ho dovuto lasciare l'auto allo scoperto in quanto non ci entrava . L'appartamento era sporco , polveroso e privo della piu' basica manutenzione . La televisione non funzionava .
