Imobilul vechi de 200 ani, cu fațade renovate, minunat, este amplasat în buricul târgului, cu numeroase locuri de vizitat în preajmă. Apartamentul însă îți oferă confortul modern. Încăperi înalte, baie cu cabină duș foarte confortabilă, bucătărie îndestulătoare pentru 2 persoane, dormitor foarte spațios, cu dotări esentiale dar minimaliste (noi preferăm astfel) cu bun gust, bine (i)luminat, pat mare cu saltea grozavă foarte confortabil.
Imobilul, renovat la exterior, bijuterie arhitecturală, la interior își arată vechimea; accesul din stradă pînă la ușa apartamentului este întunecos noaptea iar ziua îți arată că este vechi. Dar dacă nu ești persoană simandicoasă, poți adăuga asta la experiențele sejurului (dar grăbește-te, pâna să fie renovat și interiorul!). Dormitorul: nu se poate deschide fereastra (nouă nu ne place aerul condiționat). Baia: chiuveta cam mică iar suportul de deasupra așezat prea jos.
