We had apartment 6. It had a great view towards the city and harbour. Very modern appliances and apartment. Fully equiped kitchen and washing machine. Free onsite off street parking.
Had to climb a lot of stairs. Not recommended for people with mobility issues.

A little bit of art work etc on the walls would really overcome a rather bland interior.

Location was excellent
There were a number of issues for us. Ground floor is not true when there are so many stairs up to the unit. The bed was very low, uncomfortable and was too big for the room it was in. Floor creaked badly. Kitchen cupboard for glasses and crockery was awkward and difficult to access. Location was excellent and bathroom was great.
