New Caspian Hotel

The receptionist Anand is kind and friendly which made my solo trip not so boring. The hotel looks " old " but i would called in with vintage style but actually is clean and comfortable. Some more the location is strategic where i could have my own parking with my car every time i go back. Instead of staying near the famous spots in Ipoh.

Furniture and the toilet abit old and rusted. Maybe just a fine tune on the details of the furniture and toilet will be very good.

Spacious room, clean, friendly reception & good location.

Need to upgrade water filter

A great budget hotel in Ipoh, I would say. Definitely not for those who are looking for a modern hotel, but if you love old-school charm, this place is worth considering. The room was nice and clean, with a big wardrobe to keep our things. The toilet was also clean and spacious. And the water? I just loved the hot and cold shower! The staff were super friendly and very welcoming. They were also very helpful and always ready to assist us. The location is great too, with many restaurants and places within walking distance. There is free parking, and it is easy to get to many places around Ipoh. Definitely a great choice for a budget family stay. We would surely come back again!

We have to climb up as it has no elevator. For young people it's still ok but for senior citizen or those who need elevator, not recommended.

Clean bed. Spacious

No lift, only stairs. Dont hv complimentary, shower / shampoo, etc
