Hubo un problema en el apto por motivos meteorológicos y el personal me dió solución al momento, por dichos motivos no me pude alojar en el apto pero me derivaron a un hotel cercano. El personal muy amable y atento
La zona donde me derivaron tiene tendencia la robo de extranjeros y gente de fuera y me tocó ser víctima de un robo en el coche. Causa ajena que no tiene culpa ni el personal del establecimiento ni del hotel

Felt very isolated at first and it was not a good situation for older people 6 flights up a narrow staircase we lucky to get a nice man to take them downstairs for us
