Perfect Location, the balcony with the view an the plants, a coffee machine in the room where the owners provided capsules, a fresh cornetto in the morning, the owners where absolutely lovely I really recommend to book it :)

Good location, great view from balcony and super nice hosts.
That the listing did not clearly state that this was essentially just a bedroom with private bath in someone else’s apartment who also lives there. It was very awkward for us as the bedroom door was right in the living room which was a shared space. I guess I missed in the listing that it didn’t say “private entrance” but other than that it read like a more private apartment for sure. I would not book again for this reason.
