Nice views, uncomfortable stay.

The location is great: within a minute you're at the stunning Traunsee. The apartment is spacious with an amazing view, and free parking is available in the area. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the towels were fresh.

The entrance was untidy, cluttered, and partially dirty. There was dog hair throughout the apartment. I found cobwebs in the bedroom, including one with a dead spider in the corner, and had to kill two live spiders, one of which was descending from the ceiling toward the bed. There was no soap or shower gel in the bathroom, so bring your own. The bathroom has no ventilation and contains a noisy pump that activates loudly whenever water drains. The water pressure in the toilet is also very low. There's a locked metal door in the apartment with a red hand sticker indicating it's off-limits, but no explanation of what's behind it, which felt a bit unsettling.

Comfortable accommodation

Good location. I loved self check-in. Parking right in front of the accommodation. I really liked very high bed + very soft mattress (on the other hand, my wife didn't like it)

We didn't like very low water pressure in the shower. Also shower was leaking so we had to wipe water down after every shower. And I also didn't like the bar style chair + table. It was too high and it wasn't enough for casual sitting.

Nice, but we'd only go back there if a shower was installed!

We stayed in the flat for a full week, with our dog, so I do have a few things I'd like 2 say about it (mostly positive, but not just!). The bed was comfortable, the flat was a good size, it was (mostly) clean, quiet & the view from both bedroom & living room was breathtaking! The location of the flat was ideal, close to the esplanade & lake, and a short walk to gmunden town centre & also the lovely toscana park! We spent a very pleasant week in your flat.

After I had completed the check in over email, I received endless repeat emails asking me to check in! & then I never received the email with the info I needed 2 get the key etc.....it took a phone call from my husband to get this, pretty important, info! Definitely room for improvement there? The sofa, & espes & especially the cushions, need a good clean! There were things needed, but missing, in the kitchen: egg cups, a sieve, a decent sized chopping board, a bread knife, a bread basket, & wine glasses! It would make the place a bit more homely if there were curtains on the windows, & would be easier than always having to yank the ancient blinds up & down! A few pictures would also be nice in the flat! The bathroom was OK, but the bath is terrible, verging on dangerous (one rnd was actually propped up with stones/bricks!!!), & desperately needs replacing with a shower! The loo was OK, but only 2 loo rolls for a whole week wasn't enough! A decent dustpan & brush & a broom was also missing in the flat.

Lovely stay in the beautiful town of Gmunden

The rooms get quite warm at night and there is no air conditioning. A fan is definitely needed! Although washing up liquid and hand soap was supplied, shower gel wasn’t. We weren’t aware of this and just something to bare in mind.

A nice place to explore Gmunden and surroundings.

The location of the apartment was perfect - the Traunsee lake is just a 5 minute walk away. There are free of charge parking spots just outside in the street. The apartment (a studio) was small, but cosy, kitchen quite well equipped, a large bathroom. It was very easy to collect the room keys from the box, no need to arrange personal meeting with a host, which lets you be flexible with your arival time. There was a very comfortable bed! Also, our dog was welcome to stay for a rather small fee. Overall, it was a very good accomodation option for such a low price. We are completely satisfied.

The shower design is quite strange, the water flows out of the shower to the floor. The water pressure a little low.

Die Lage war super in der Nähe von Wasser, war ruhig, Bett war sauber, und gute Matratze

Wohnung war nicht ganz sauber, Geschirr musste zuerst gewaschen werden, Herd hat fleckig von alten Gerichten, habe probiert rausputzen, aber nicht geschafft weil hatte keine Mittel dabei gehabt Das Boden im ganzen Wohnung hat gezwitschert, wenn du musstest am Abend aufs Klo denke haben alle Nachbarn gehört . Unten im Flur stand große kippe von irgendwelchen Müll

Potential, aber leider lieblos geführt.

Die Übernahme des Appartments war unkompliziert und angenehm, die Lage perfekt, Wohnbereich und Küche groß und ansprechend.

Wir hatten im Bad und im Schlafzimmer kein Licht, anscheinend ist das bekannt, denn es lag eine Taschenlampe bereit. Wieso keine Stehlampe aufgestellt wurde bis das repariert wird ist mir ein Rätsel. Meine Nachricht diesbezüglich wurde ignoriert. Auf meine Nachricht, dass die Wohnung nur 13 Grad hatte sehr wohl. Das hatte anscheinend die Reinigungskraft übersehen - unangenehm, aber kann passieren. Ansonsten … die Geräte verkalkt, Restwasser und Kapseln in der Nespressomaschine, der Toaster voll mit verbrannten Resten, das Geschirr schmierig …. einfach lieblos …. sehr schade!

Bescheidene aber geräumige und zentrale Unterkunft in historischer ehemaliger Bäckerei

Schönes geräumiges Badezimmer, Die Lage , gute Matratze, die Außenfassade mit der Keramik

Die losen wackeligen Türklinken, das schlecht gespannte Unterbett , das fleckige Leintuch, der Verteilerstecker über dem Betthaupt, der Mischer bei der Dusche, der alte kaputte Sessel, die Unordnung im Vorhaus, das Öl am Boden im Vorhaus, wegen dieser Dinge habe ich mich am Anfang sehr unwohl gefühlt mich langsam daran gewöhnt.

Meine Eltern haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nachdem die Schlüsselübergabe über einen Schlüsseltresor stattfand, meldete sich nach wenigen Minuten nach dem Appartmentbezug per Klopfen eine sehr freundliche Ansprechperson, die nachfragte, ob "alles passen" würde. Meine Eltern fragten nach einer dickeren Zudecke und diese wurde von der Dame kurze Zeit später ins Appartment gebracht. Insgesamt war es sehr ruhig.

Gute Lage, geräumige Wohnung für zwei, aber einige Mängel

Mir hat die Lage sehr gefallen, es war ganz in der Nähe der Promenade. Das Zimmer war groß, in der Küche war alles Nötige vorhanden. Das Badezimmer war groß und hatte eine coole Beleuchtung an der Decke.

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass im Eingang unten unnötige Sachen standen. Neben der Wohnung war ein Abstellraum ohne Tür mit Kisten, Eimern und Lappen. Der erste Eindruck war schlecht. In der Wohnung war es sauber, aber hinter dem Nachttisch war es sehr schmutzig und an der Küchentür fiel der Putz ab. In der Dusche war der Wasserdruck schwach.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit einem guten Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Lage ist wirklich zentral und auch mit den Parkplatz gab es nie Probleme! Man hat wirklich alles was man braucht für einen Urlaub!

Wie schon oft beschrieben ist der Wasserdruck wirklich sehr gering! Die Betten sind sehr kurz also für Personen über 180cm aufjedenfall zu kurz, man kann die Beine nicht aufsstrecken, da unten ein Brett ist! Ein Küchenschwamm zum Abwaschen wäre von Vorteil und evtl ein zweites Geschirrtuch!

kein Schrank oder Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung. altes Wettex und alter Schwamm in der Küche, gerade eine Pfanne und ein Topf zum Kochen- man konnte nicht mal Spaghetti machen. Jalousien nur zur Hälfte hochziehbar - deshalb sehr finster. grausiger, kaputter Klobesen. Spannleintuch sauber, aber viele Flecken auf der Matratze sichtbar. sonst schon sauber geputzt.

Riesige Wohnung, sehr verwinkelt. Hübsch verwinkelt mit tollen alten Details und neuen Möbeln

Die Ausstattung der Küche war schlecht. Wild zusammen gewürfelt und viele Teile defekt/ beschädigt. Toilette ohne Lüftung ist grenzwertig. Die neue Badewanne knarrt und knackt - sehr unheimlich. Es fehlen Bilder und Gardinen in der Wohnung um sich wohlzufühlen.

Gute Lage und gemütlich, aber mit kleinen Mängeln

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt in den Apartments gut gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr günstig – ruhig und dennoch zentral. Die Zimmer waren sauber, gemütlich und ausreichend komfortabel.

Allerdings haben uns einige Dinge gefehlt: Die Duschkabine ließ sich nicht schließen, der Wasserdruck war sehr schwach. Außerdem gab es keinen Tee, Kaffee, Zucker oder andere grundlegende Kleinigkeiten, die man oft in Ferienwohnungen findet. Hausschuhe wären bei dem sehr kalten Boden ebenfalls angenehm gewesen. Zudem war das Geschirr nicht besonders sauber: Die Pfanne war fettig, und die Teller waren nicht richtig gespült. Trotzdem vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit, hier zu übernachten!

Poloha , bezplatné parkování, snadné předání klíčů. Tím klady STUDIA končí

Při příchodu nás zarazilo upozornění, že je problém se sprchou -viz fotografie. Opravdu jsem nikdy nikde nezažila, abych musela vybíhat ze sprchy každých 20 vteřin a splachovat záchod (dle instrukcí na ceduli vždy 2x ), protože jinak by přetekla vanička pod sprchou. Nebylo možné si umýt vlasy, nebyl na to tlak vody a navíc by druhý člověk musel stát u záchodu a pořád splachovat. K dispozici nebyl ani hadr na podlahu, když se stalo, že člověk nedodržel 20-30 vteřinový interval spláchnutí a voda přece jen přetekla. Myslím, že problém se sprchou nenastal teď, ale je trvalý díky špatné instalaci odpadů. Voda z odpadu ve sprše vytékala i při používání umyvadla . Byly zde i další nedostatky. Nechápu proč byl na kuchyňské lince kávovar, když žádné hrnečky k dispozici nebyly. Ani jedna lampička - večer lze na čtení svítit pouze stropním světlem, pokud chce ten druhý spát, musí se někdo z dvojice omezit. Chybí věšák s ramínky na šaty, není kam pověsit oblečení, Věšák byl jen před bytem na chodbě. Nepořádek ve společných prostorech. Schodiště k bytu je špatně schůdné a bez zábradlí, pro malé děti nebo seniory je nebezpečné. Hodnotím pouze STUDIO , kde jsme byli ubytovaní. Myslím, že tento prostor nemá být v tomto stavu pronajímán. Jaký byl stav apartmánů v tomto domě , nevím. Dle recenzí asi dobrý.
