Great place to stay with your family (or fiancée) with a scenic view

Quite new apartment and house, 2 rooms, kitchen with all the needed for cooking, clean big bathroom with windows, TV set, water, vine, coffee as a compliments from the host, free parking spot, big balcony with a great view. The host provided additional heaters.

A bit squeaky bed and mattresses could be more comfort. There was no ability to go out to the balcony (automatic shutter was closed not working).

The supermarket and beach was very closed, just on the other side of the park. It was nice that the owner left an umbrella in the apartment. The car park is roofed.

The apartment is very spacious and light. It is fully equipped, and I wish I could stay longer there. Big balcony with amazing view of the lake and mountains. There is a lot of storage and everything you might need in the kitchen, I was surprised. Huge thank you for complimentary coffee, wine, and water. It was very considerate of you!

There was nothing that I didn't like. However, there are things that could be improved. The check-in process was unclear, and I could contact the owner at 15:00. Later, everything worked out, but the process wasn't smooth or fast. It would be very nice if you left some oil, pepper, and sugar (there was only salt). We came for 3 days and it was inconvenient to buy a big package in the store.

Clean and relatively new building. Safe and secure. Good facilities including a coffee pod machine.

It was very hot weather (34c) whilst wee were there and no AC meant keeing windows open and the road nearby is busy day and night.

Perfect for family. Needs improvement in order handling

Family, couple + 3 adult girls. 3 nights, in apartment FW3 on the first floor. Modern, spacious, well-designed and clean apartment. Very well equipped kitchen. Modern furnitures. Very comfortable beds. Just perfect for a family. Since we were in the apartment for the weekend, we did not feel any noise from the road, as we read in the other reviews. Indeed, On Monday morning we felt a loud noise coming from the road, even though the area seemed very peaceful.

1. Deleted comment - my mistake, sorry. 2. The booking was made for 4 adults + a 16 year old girl. But the certificate said 4 adults and no children were mentioned. So I asked why this was so, but they ignored. I relied on the website that says that the reservation also includes up to 2 children. Actually when we arrived, there were towels only for 4 people .... what about the 16 year old girl? This is not a small child ... 3. One toilet 4. Only one key...

Family appartment close to Traunsee

The location was great, very close to the lake with a municipal beach and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable with everything we needed. Plus, you can sit down on a terrace with a small garden just outside the apartment.

On working days, one can hear the traffic noises from early morning, which may cause some problems with sleeping. It was better than as described in the previous reviews, though. The light in the corridor was based on a motion sensor which made some trouble during the first night. However, it is possible to switch it off through the fuses control panel.

Scheinbar perfekt

Moderne, helle und große Wohnung. Genau richtig bei 4 Personen. Das Bad hatte wie beschrieben 2 Waschbecken und war entsprechend groß. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zum kochen braucht. Auch Geschirr ist für mehr als 4 Personen vorhanden. Zur Ankunft wurden wir mit einer Flasche Sekt, Sprudelwasser und Kaffeekapseln überrascht. Handtücher waren für jeden zwei vorhanden. Die Wohnung befindet sich fußläufig zum Traunsee und ins Zentrum von Altmünster. Sie hatte eine sehr große Terrasse, die sich direkt am Wohnzimmer befindet. Das Büro der Immobiliengesellschaft befindet sich im gleichen Haus und man bezahlt dort die Wohnungsmiete und erhält die Kurkarten.

Leider täuscht der moderne Eindruck der Bilder in der Beschreibung. Die Betten sind durchgelegen und müssten erneuert werden. Erholsamen Schlaf hat man leider als Erwachsener nicht. Genauso das Sofa im Wohnzimmer und die Esszimmerstühle sind von sehr einfacher Qualität. Sehr unbequem und sollten ausgetauscht werden damit der moderne Eindruck auch den Tatsachen entspricht. Um das Haus befinden sich mehrere viel befahrene Straßen.

Remek szállás Altmünsterben

Makulátlanul tiszta lakás, szép berendezés, jó elhelyezkedés. A szállásadó utazás előtt is készséges volt. Egy apró segítségre volt szükség érkezés után, amit azonnal megadtak és ismételten jelezték, hogy szóljunk, ha bármire szükség van. Ez nagyon jó alapnyugalmat adott. Jó szívvel ajánlom!

Gyakorlatilag minden tetszett. Talán a konyhában nekem elkelt volna pár alapvető alapanyag is és mikró, de ezeket el tudom fogadni, hogy extra igények.

Krásný čistý apartmán s lahví dobrého vína na uvítanou. Kávové kapsle po dlouhé cestě přišly vhod. Hluk z ulice se nám nezdál tak intenzivní, jak někdo hodnotil.

Velmi úzká parkovací stání. Rozkládací pohovka je opravdu nouzové řešení pro spaní na krátkou dobu, nebo pro malé děti. Větším dětem se spalo nepohodlně, plocha není rovná.

Ruim appartement voor 2 personen.

Het was een ruim, hygiënisch appartement. We hadden voldoende voorzieningen om ons te redden. Binnen 15 minuten lopen was je bij het meer.

De eigenaars waren moeilijk bereikbaar, helemaal na openingstijden en in "nood"-situaties. Daarnaast was het appartement kwa glazen etc. niet ingericht op meer dan 2 personen. Wij misten normale drinkglazen.

Imádtuk,biztosan visszatérünk

Gyönyörű apartman,nagyon jó áron.Az elhelyezkedése is kiváló,közel a parthoz,egy helyi múzeumhoz,bolthoz,benzinkúthoz.A kilátás csodálatos.Legközelebb is itt fogunk megszállni.

Előzetesen megkérdezték kérünk-e a gyereknek pót ágyat,ágyat ugyan nem kértünk,de ágyneműt szerettünk volna,furcsa volt,hogy két garnitúra ágynemű volt,hármunkra.Lehet,hogy nyelvi nehézségek miatt értettük félre egymást.De nem okozott problémát.
