Very special oasis in Mazzarò near Taormina. The pictures don't do it justice! This apartment is huge with breathtaking views in each room. Spa like shower and W/C. Hot tub in the large platform set bedroom with a picture window on to the bay. The kitchen has everything you need including books for the beach! What is also not mentioned in the listing is that the apartment has a daily maid service which is rare when renting apartments. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

The property only has a partnership with Lido Sol y Luna Beach Club which is modern, convenient by shuttle with good food/drinks. The downside is that it is up the coast without being in the protected bay with views. The water was too rough to swim in on our last day. I wish they had a partnership with a cove beach in Mazzarò. We still had a lovely time on both of our beach days. Order the ham, tomato and cheese panini!

Jacuzzi in bedroom is wow feature I mean wow…. But you need to plan the event takes a long time to fill but honest well worth the wait and did I mention the view from the jacuzzi… amazing job

I wish I could say I liked this place more. The view is nice and much of the apartment is comfortably furnished with a decent amount of space. I should have done more research though to know exactly where we were going to be located.

My biggest issue was that we waited to try the large jacuzzi tub (the signature feature of the room) until late at night, at which point we had trouble working it and realized that at the rate it was filling, it was going to take well over an hour (and of course you can't turn it on until it's fully filled). I wish the host had left more than just info on their other rental properties (of no use to us) and had given us better guidance on things in the area along with the warning that the tub was large and the fill would be super super slow. I also found the bed somewhat dangerous - it's just steps around it (no place to stand), so I was actually worried about waking in the middle of the night to use the bathroom! The location of the property also isn't what I expected. It's close-ish to the beach (still many stairs down), and there are restaurants nearby, but only by walking on the side of the windy street with lots of car traffic. To actually get to the town, you need to drive up and park in the pay lot (after we had paid to park near the apartment) or take the cable car. So you are not at all walking distance to the actual historic part of town (unless you have a lot of time and really like to climb).
