Everything was perfect, location cleanness and facilities like laundry washing machine and the dishwasher.

Little bit noisy only at the nights till 01:00 am if you want to keep the windows opened, but you can put on the air-conditioned.

Great place with bad sound isolation with neighbours.

The flat is in a great central location, close to all main key points in the city, is a nice space and clean

The apartment didn't have iron or steamer, I belive is very important to have it, also you can hear everything that happen on the top floor, not sure was a tourist or a resident in the apartment adove but every morning a guy wake up at 6 to 7 am and start shouting and banging the floor, first day I though was someone upset but keeps going everyday of my stay. To take into account if you want to sleep.

I stayed in the flat over 2 weeks and happy with the place. The communication was very easy, the flat owner was always very reliable, friendly and helpful. The flat is extremely well located, close to the main walking areas, and the sea. The kitchen is well equipped and the wi-fi worked perfectly. There was regular cleaning, the bedsheets were changed and there were lots of towels which is not always the case in the mid- or short-term rentals. Thank you!

The apartment is on the ground floor and the window faces the walking area, so if you you open the curtains to get more light you might lack privacy. It can get loud sometimes but this is pretty normal for being in the center.

You can hear every step of the neighbour upstairs. At nights at the bar next to the apartment, music plays till 2 /but for us it wasn't too disturbing/

Beautiful apartment and very nice people

One of the nicest flats I have stayed in- really lovely. Right in Old town but also very easy to bus station (even with large bags) and also to walk on Zlatni Rad. It's beautifully appointed, and a very comfortable bed and lots of space. They were also very kind about doing a late checkout that works with your bus- this is a BIG plus because lots of sobes and apartments force a 10 am checkout that is a huge pain in the neck because of transport options. The fact that they were willing to work with me on this automatically gives them a huge leg up on other apartments. It really is not necessary for the cleaners to come first thing in the morning, especially during off season, and I wish more apartments would follow their lead. Excellent value, I'd stay there again.

Upstairs neighbors were quite noisy but at odd times- about 6 am- sounded like some kind of domestic fight. Never saw them in person and they didn't trouble me aside from noise (that appeared contained to their personal fights).

Very enjoyable stay, in a very nice, centrally located apartment

The location was excellent, very central with cafe/restaurants right on the doorstep with a very nice atmosphere. We used to open the windows to feel the atmosphere and listen to the music, but if we wanted peace and quiet we would just close the windows and block it all out. The apartment was also a very good size, very clean and nicely decorated with all the facilities you need.

During our 2 week stay, we had 1 occasion where we were woken up by banging coming from the apartment above and another occasion we experienced a serious amount of noise (shouting and banging) for over a hour from the apartment above and could not sleep. We told our booking.com rep and we did not have any further problems.

Exceptional

Perfect location in pedestrian zone, near bus station so it was easy to access the apartment with luggage. Host Damir is very friendly and communicative with good tips and advices about the restaurants, beaches and other useful information. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, above caffe, restaurant and excellent italian ice cream shop. For people who prefer perfect silence on vacation, this could be minus because of the constant city noise. For me that was the advantage, I enjoyed vivid life every time I looked through the window!

Disappointment

The host was very nice and helpful. We even could pay with credit card. The apartment is in the heart of the center, nicely refurbished, cozy and clean. If you are a backpacker, like the vivid life of the city, it is a perfect place to stay.

For us it was a disappointment as some important facts were not mentioned in the description on booking.com. First of all it states that parking is available in the surrounding streets. What is not mentioned that the apartment is in the heart of the city, next to a very loud bar, in the pedestrian area and it is not possible to stop in front of the apartment by car to unpack our luggage. It is also not mentioned that it is almost impossible to find a parking place nearby. It took us roughly 1 hour to find a place (quite far away from the apartment) and had to carry all of our luggage through one of the main shopping streets. Usually, booking an apartment means that one has more luggage than for a hotel. The location is very inconvenient for those who arrive by car. If we had known it before booking we could have been prepared for this with packing less stuff. (or choose another place to stay) Furthermore, our apartment was not on the ground floor, rather it was a basement one, with all of disadvantages: smelly, moist,damp, dark, almost windowless. My swimming dress could not get dried within 48 hours. What is really embarrassing for us is that the toilet has no vent on its own, but towards the living room, above the kitchen table. Take earplug with you otherwise you will have sleepless nights. We could even hear the neighbor snoring, not to mention every step outside the street. I would definitely not book this place again.
