Perfect location and has everything you need. Helena was so helpful throughout the stay and couldn’t do enough to help out! Would highly recommend!

Damp and disappointing

The location was amazing and nicely decorated.

We were in apartment 1. There were ants on the floor, very very damp smelt mouldy and no ventilation making the apartment smell like a public toilet block. Loud with all other apartments and alleyway noise was heard. No proper curtains so the sun in the morning woke me up. The window by the kitchen was always bringing in light as no curtains at all. Shower also did not stay hot for long.

The host was incredibly kind and personally helped us find the apartment. She also recommended the best spots in town for breakfast, lunch, coffee, and cocktails — we tried them all, and each one was fantastic!

Nice and Cozy room!

Great room, nicely furnished and cozy.

Kitchen was missing salt and pepper and parking that was close by was on-street paid parking. Free parking was a 10 minute walk away.

Experience old town Rovinj

The apartment is located one street over from the harbor. Its location offers access to just about anything you would want to do in town by walking. There’s plenty to do. I love the coffee shop around the corner Augusto. We are parked about a mile away, and Hiro picked us up and escorted us to the apartment. He took us back to our car after our stay.

It’s dark and a little damp. Being dark made it easier for my wife.

Nice place in old town…convenient to walk that area.

Nice size room and updated. Comfortable bed.

It was difficult to find and our gps didn’t take us to right spot. It would help to have detailed location instructions like what is near it. If the had said it was the alleyway next to a certain restaurant or had some photos it would have helped a lot. Had to park a mile away but understand since it was located in old town. There were no towels in the bathroom and had to kind of convince host there weren’t any. She did bring them when we assured her we had looked everywhere.

Great location near the city center.

Some things were missing, but when we contacted the owner that was quickly sorted out and everything missing was brought to us. However, it would be better if all was set up right before our stay. The apartments weren’t very clean and one apartman in the street level was moist, with only one small window.

Very spacious, but cozy and cute at the same time, clean and great location. Helena was excellent host, helpful with everything we needed, made our stay easy and comfortable. Looking forward to come back!

This is a hidden gem well placed to explore Rovinj and area.

the property is central to absolutely everything , it’s literally on your door step. Quick speedy communication and action from the owners. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The parking arrangement at a car park a short drive away is no problem at all once you realise there is NO parking in Rovinj.

There was nothing at all other than there was no TV signal but the owners offered to sort this but we were already out at the time. Directions to find it do need to be clearer as it’s at the end of a passage way of a pedestrian street and not overtly marked.
