Mediterranean Escape

The views are beautiful in both directions. It is spacious, quiet and comfortable.

It is very close to everything but the hill from the centre is steep (hence the gorgeous views). That was not a problem for me but my 90 year old father had to take rests along the way. If you have a car then that is no problem. Uber is good too.

Apartment 15 is very comfortable and well appointed, with everything you could want for a multi-night stay. The beds were very comfortable and the tv in the lounge room is huge, with many apps. Key code entry was very convenient. Hosts were very responsive and provided requested items very quickly. The pools are lovely, with stunning views. It’s a very convenient location, although the hill is very steep.

There is no tv in the second bedroom. The views are from the sides of the apartment, not a full front-facing view of Airlie Beach. The floors were very dirty and made our feet black. There are many apartments around the property and one night people in another complex talked on their balcony until 3am (luck of the draw). The property’s driveway is very steep and challenging to navigate. For travellers coming by car, not the garage is very small and does not fit a full size 4WD with racks etc on the roof (due to the angle it’s lower than the standard 2.1m). Visitor parking is very minimal and spots on the road fill up quickly.

Really lovely apartment. Clean and tidy. Had everything we needed.

We didn’t realise how steep the hill would be. Made it very difficult for us. My mum has a bad knee and so we had to be very careful. We didn’t have numbers for taxis in the area either.

Beautiful property with fantastic views and great facilities. Clean , spacious and comfortable.

Faulty air con in main bedroom. The hill to the property is very steep and if you are not fit would be a problem. The up side is the views from the property are fab.
