Boathouse 310 offers waterfront living right at heart of Port of Airlie. Kick back and make yourself at home in this contemporary apartment. Enjoy the relaxed Whitsunday vibes with friends or experience one of the many activities the area has to offer!

Just a short stroll to Cafes, Restaurants and local markets, not to mention the Ferry Port a stones throw away; this apartment is the perfect location for discovering the Whitsundays Region!

The Space:
This apartment has two bedrooms: one master bedroom (King bed) with ensuite and a second bedroom (Queen bed) also with it's own ensuite. The open flow of the apartment is perfect for indoor/outdoor living and allows you to enjoy stunning sunsets and Yacht spotting from the private balcony.

There is private underground parking with an allocated car park space (one car).

There is full access to the exclusive resort facilities including the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts

Guest Access:
A lift gives you access to the underground parking and will take you up to the third floor where the apartment is located. Access to the complex amenities is from the ground floor.

The apartment was located on level 3 in the middle of the Boathouse Apartments and had the most wonderful view. The location was close to everything so only needed to use the car a couple of times. Undercover secure parking was provided which was great. We had a couple of issues with the cleaning and maintenance that were quickly addressed. The apartment could do with a deep clean and some maintenance checks but this didn’t take away from the experience of this place. Only real negative was that the king bed had an obvious join between the two singles and coupled with hospital grade bedsheets made sleeping uncomfortable.

What a wonderful apartment Marina Living is with such wonderful views of the marina, Airlie, and beyond that the beautiful ocean. Situated in a perfect location to easily walk into Airlie with all its bars, restaurants and shops. The apartments facilities are faultless with everything you need. With access to the pool, spa bath, and tennis courts, all included.
