The advertisement stated that the property had Wi‑Fi; however, this was misleading. The information booklet at the property indicated that the Wi‑Fi is a shared/common service and that the property owner is not responsible for its availability or performance.
Mobile phone coverage at the property was also very limited or unavailable. As the Wi‑Fi was not working during our stay, it was extremely difficult to access the internet and stay connected.
