Cute and comfortable stay with wonderful hospitality.

We were met by the wonderful host at their cafe in town. The host helped us with our luggage and drove us up to our room on the hill. The accomodation is just out of town but is very peaceful and feels very safe. We were able to enjoy the beautiful view of the town from our terrace, where we sat most evenings. The room itself was clean and had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved our stay and recommend this to anyone considering booking.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The terrace with the sea view was just perfect – we spent so much time out there enjoying the breeze and the sunsets. The location is quiet but ideal for exploring the island. A big thank you to Maro, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We really felt at home – hope to come back soon!

Stunning Views, Impeccable Cleanliness, and Exceptional Hospitality

Staying at Kirki rooms was an absolute pleasure. From the balcony, we were treated to a stunning view that took our breath away. The beds were incredibly soft and relaxing, ensuring a good night's sleep every time. We were also impressed by the impeccable cleanliness maintained every day, it was evident as we always returned to a spotlessly clean room, thanks to the diligent cleaning staff. However, the highlight of our stay was the owner of the apartments. An exemplary professional, she graciously allowed us an early check-in without any additional charges. Throughout our stay, she was incredibly helpful and displayed genuine kindness. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay, great location, clean room , convenient beds

I really liked the location of the property, the view was breathtaking and the hotel was also near to the main centre by car.

There isn’t something specific to comment right now, I just felt sometime that the room keeper was a little offensive but nothing important.

Gorgeous, perfect location!

Gorgeous! Location with a superb panoramic view, generous, bright room, large terrace with an interesting concept. Complete tranquility even though you are only 2 kilometers from the tumultuous Parikia. Sufficient facilities, spotless cleanliness, Maro - the girl in charge of the property - very nice, always with a nice word to hand and willing to help so that we have a dream stay. It absolutely remains in our hearts one of the top accommodations in Greece, after 15 years of visits to this fabulous country!

We didn't really realise how far out of town the location was from the port, so you really need a car as sometimes you can't get a taxi. But our hosts were very accommodating and helped us out with transport options.

Camera ottima, veramente comoda con un terrazzo vista mare stupendo. Molto gentile la proprietaria che ci ha ospitato una notte in più per problemi di traghetto verso Mykonos. Ha fatto di tutto per lasciarci la stanza che già avevamo.

Fabuleux

L’appartement est juste fabuleux, à parfaite distance pour ne pas être dans la foule de Parikia mais ne pas être trop isolé. La vue est magnifique, calme et apaisante. Le logement est parfaitement propre et équipé. Nous souhaitons également remercier chaleureusement Maro qui fut extrêmement sympathique et serviable. Nous recommandons vivement et nous reviendrons !! PS : mention spéciale à notre ami poilu à 4 pattes qui venait prendre le petit déjeuné avec nous chaque matin sur la belle terrasse !

STANZA nelle colline adiacenti a Paroika

La struttura era molto pulita, rinnovata e accogliente pur nel suo minimalismo. Ha una splendida terrazza che in lontananza da possibilità di scorgere il mare. Host gentile.

Purtroppo avevamo inteso che la struttura fosse un vero monolocale , invece è una piccola stanza con una microscopica zona che non permette di cucinare. Venivamo da una struttura nuovissima a Piso Livadi con una meravigliosa cucina dotata di tutto ed una terrazza panoramica stupenda ad un prezzo decisamente inferiore. Mancano stoviglie, nonostante molti clienti lo avessero evidenziato, posate essenziali e vecchie, abbiamo chiesto una ciotola per fare un insalata , ci sono state portate due scodelle. Il lavandino è nella stanza. Il bagno minimo. L' aria condizionata non funzionava bene ed era rivolta verso il letto. La struttura è lontana dal centro in una strada stretta, nella quale è difficile fare manovra. Sicuramente ha un punteggio eccessivo e un costo elevato rispetto a ciò che di può trovare nell' isola.

Bellissimo, da rifare (sicuramente da consigliare)

Ampia stanza ben ventilata; angolo cucinino piccolo ma ottimo per allestire la prima colazione; terrazza meravigliosa con vista mare e brezza della collina; cambio biancheria ogni 2gg. Staff gentilissimo e cortese.

Si può migliorare la possibilità di scaldare qualcosa (tipo il tè o il latte): la piastra in dotazione è un po’ troppo basic

La pace sulle colline ventose di Paros

La stanza era grande e comoda per un soggiorno anche abbastanza lungo, letto comodissimo, stanza arieggiata, non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno di accendere il condizionatore. L’angolo cucina piccolo ma abbastanza funzionale. Molto comoda la posizione, vicina al paese di Paroikia ma situata su queste colline che permettono di ascoltare solo il rumore delle cicale e del vento tra gli ulivi; a soli venti minuti o poco più da tutte le spiagge più belle dell’isola.

Ripeto che ci siamo trovati benissimo quindi l’unico suggerimento che darei è quello di aggiungere qualche molletta in più allo stendino, ce ne è stata fornita solo una, avremmo sicuramente potuto chiedere però al di là di ciò metterne solo una a disposizione credo sia negativo, forse anche una piccola bacinella per lavare costumi e asciugamani da spiaggia sarebbe utile.

Sei giorni di relax

La tranquillità, la pulizia della stanza, il cambio asciugamani ogni due giorni, la possibilità di farsi la colazione perché c'è l'occorrente, il materasso e i cuscini ottimi. La gentilezza di Maro. Siamo stati molto bene.
